部屋がとても清潔で、お風呂も大きくてとても過ごしやすかったです。部屋以外のフロアも統一感があり、とてもおしゃれです。 駅からの徒歩がややかかる点と、夜に歩くとやや怖いと感じる部分もありましたが、ビートルズが愛したパブが徒歩1分のところにあるなど、楽しめる点がとても多かったです。

エレベーターを降りたら、どこかの森で滞在しているような作りの廊下と部屋でした。 シングルベット１つが、寝返りのたびにギシギシ音が鳴り少し不快でした。 食事は、全て美味しく満足出来ました。

Charming design hotel in cozy district. Staff are friendly and food were nice. There are some points which need to be improved to be perfect. 1) Hotel staff need to be more trained and organized. They are very friendly, but there were some occasions when my requests fell into cracks and ended up as loose-end (e.g. no response to e-mail, room dining order mishandled, guidance on transportation was not accurate). Good thing is that they understand they should have done better job and apologized. 2) Facilities need to be improved (e.g. weak wi-fi reception, no hot water tap in bathroom, mediocre choices of TV channels) We are generally happy and will consider coming back when we visit Liverpool for holiday again, expecting future improvement, but I would hesitate to choose this hotel for mission critical business stay which doesn't allow mistakes happen.

値段の割には設備が良く、部屋にはネスプレッソマシーンがあり驚きました。イギリスの１万円台前半のホテルではかなり珍しいのではないでしょうか。ただ、掃除が行き届いていなかったりレストランのスタッフが愛想がなく（バンクホリデーだったから？）残念な部分もありました。 中心部からは少し離れているものの、リヴァプール大聖堂には近かったです。

We were there for a wedding and had 3 room booked which we could not access early. But we used the spa to shower and change. The disappointment came after I had my cosmetics stolen from the spa. We dressed and rushed to the wedding. Next morning I went to the spa to find out that my bag of cosmetics were not there, not handed in. So disappointed if spa staff did not find and keep and appalled at the quality of customers using the spa if they stole it. Sadly it was expensive make up and moisturiser. I would have expected more from a supposedly quality hotel

Everyone was really professional, helpful and friendly. Our room and bathroom were very spacious comfortable and spotlessly clean. The tea and coffee selection were very good as were the bathoom products. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Liverpool.

The delightful staff made me know i was back in Liverpool. They were so friendly snd helpful.We have stayed here before but not since the downstairs areas have been opened up .It looks very good. We enjoyed our dinner for 11 of us on the first night , good food and our room was clean with a comfortable bed and spacious . .Good location too.

Hope Street Hotel is a lovely centrally located hotel. Perfect for a couple of days stay. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly and there are two restaurants associated with it.

Room was nice

Boutique hotel based in the heart of the Toxteth Riviera. Surrounded by great restaurants and pubs plus the Liverpool Phil and Everyman and you are set up for a great weekend. Staff at the Hotel were excellent . Fab breakfast and a lovely lunch plus a great spa and facial and we had a truly indulgent overnight stay. Will book again but ask for a room away from the front of the hotel looking out onto Hope Street to ensure a good nights sleep

The spa facilities where nice.

Fint hotell, men følte det lå litt lengre vekke fra der ting skjer enn det vi trodde. Til denne prisen hadde jeg valgt annet hotell neste gang nærmere selve sentrum

We stay regularly but wish the breakfast area was as good as the rest of the hotel. The people who manage the breakfast are fine but the room is too busy and we always feel we are in the way. Uncomfortably tight.

Visiting Liverpool, hotel was recommended to us by a previous visitor. Walkable (within 20-30 minutes) to the docks area and Mathew Street.

Great property! Very well maintained, excellent staff! Great breakfast. Charges for use of the pool are not justified. Appreciate the “spa” Experience is upmarket, but decouple pool use from the spa. I suppose one way of keeping the pool underused! Overall, great stay! Nice vibes, London Carriage Works excellent!

I love this hotel and is my go to for trips to Liverpool. This time we were in 214 which was great apart from it being above the entrance where people seemed to congregate to have conversations at all hours. I’d definitely recommend the hotel but I’d request a different room next time.

Great hotel with lovely clean rooms and facilities. Staff are polite and welcoming and very helpful. Walking distance to bars restaurants and feels safe. The hotel is close but due to the location noise is not an issue

I liked the simplicity of the decor, there were no dust traps and no chemical odours disguising smells. Although the proximity of the restaurants and spa were close by there was no evidence of cooking smells or noise, I really did enjoy my stay, the staff everywhere went that extra mile, They were amazing.
