部屋がとても清潔で、お風呂も大きくてとても過ごしやすかったです。部屋以外のフロアも統一感があり、とてもおしゃれです。 駅からの徒歩がややかかる点と、夜に歩くとやや怖いと感じる部分もありましたが、ビートルズが愛したパブが徒歩1分のところにあるなど、楽しめる点がとても多かったです。

エレベーターを降りたら、どこかの森で滞在しているような作りの廊下と部屋でした。 シングルベット１つが、寝返りのたびにギシギシ音が鳴り少し不快でした。 食事は、全て美味しく満足出来ました。

Charming design hotel in cozy district. Staff are friendly and food were nice. There are some points which need to be improved to be perfect. 1) Hotel staff need to be more trained and organized. They are very friendly, but there were some occasions when my requests fell into cracks and ended up as loose-end (e.g. no response to e-mail, room dining order mishandled, guidance on transportation was not accurate). Good thing is that they understand they should have done better job and apologized. 2) Facilities need to be improved (e.g. weak wi-fi reception, no hot water tap in bathroom, mediocre choices of TV channels) We are generally happy and will consider coming back when we visit Liverpool for holiday again, expecting future improvement, but I would hesitate to choose this hotel for mission critical business stay which doesn't allow mistakes happen.

値段の割には設備が良く、部屋にはネスプレッソマシーンがあり驚きました。イギリスの１万円台前半のホテルではかなり珍しいのではないでしょうか。ただ、掃除が行き届いていなかったりレストランのスタッフが愛想がなく（バンクホリデーだったから？）残念な部分もありました。 中心部からは少し離れているものの、リヴァプール大聖堂には近かったです。

Our stay at Hope St Hotel was everything we wanted it to be. The customer service was superb, polite and efficient service was provided. We stayed for two nights and our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We ate in both of the hotel restaurants. We were particularly impressed by The London Carriage Works. The food was delicious and the service attentive. We look forward to staying at Hope St Hotel again and highly recommend the hotel.

Great hotel - my suite was a bit difficult to find and the staff were very wedded to the script they used on the front desk. But these are quibbles - I had a good stay and if you are catching a show at the Phil this is a great place to stay.

Its a lovely hotel. Staff are great, but avoid the breakfast!

The room was not great. Very noisy from street and the restaurant underneath. The shower did not drain quick enough hence paddling about in water. We had drinks and a cheese board. Vey expensive. No available menu for the cheese ended up being served 3 very tasteless cheeses. Not sure if we were in standard room not delux

Gorgeous hotel. Updated room with wood flooring, modern bath and separate rain shower shower. Extras included wash clothes, hair shampoo and conditioner as well as hand wash and hand lotion. Comfortable beds and pillows, breakfast was nice although extra Buffet hot and cold many choices, cappuchino maker. Will stay again
