On arrival at the property we were confused as to which key safebox related to our apartment as the key safes were numbered and not given the names of the apartments. Once we accessed the apartment we were very impressed with the space which was furnished with traditional furniture. However when we tried to access the internet the login information provided by HostnStay was incorrect and despite them contacting the owner who was adamant the login details were correct we were still unable to gain internet access much to the dismay of our two grandchildren. It was only the following morning on speaking to another resident we finally got logged on. This may seem like a minor problem to some but free wi-fi was one of the criteria for booking this property. Even when we finally connected the signal was very poor and kept dropping out. There was also a lack of information regarding facilities, it was only by luck we discovered the washing machine and hoover etc when my husband accidentally leant on a wooden panel.
