Nice staff, room was large and modern!

Room was clean and fairly nicely decorated but there was no hot water during our stay. We reported it but it wasn’t fixed. Other guests had also reported the same issue.

Great little hotel with a nice welcome Perfect for funny girls, car park just round the corner & a 5 min walk to the town centre. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again

Loved everything about this hotel. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Chatted away to us really lovely bunch of people. The room was huge, very modern & spotlessly clean. The bathroom also huge with a bath and a shower. Bed was really comfortable. The room had a fan, fridge, tea and coffee facilities, hairdryer, safe & an iron.plenty of storage space for clothes. All in all just a lovely place to stay We come to Blackpool every year for rebellion festival and this is the best hotel I have stayed in. We will definitely stay again

In an attempt to be a modern minimalist Italian atmosphere everything in the room is minimalist, including the absence of any drawers for clothing, etc. so you will be living out of your suitcase. Otherwise, very nice

Great easy check in was shown the room personally lovely spacious room very well decorated bedside plugs with USB connections nice range of drinks teas coffee and hot chocolate a nice little touch a small fridge in the room which was nice a nice big bathroom decorated to a high standard plus a nice big new bath with a separate shower I would definitely recommend staying here

First time coming to this hotel and myself and my partner felt welcome from start to finish. The staff member that was on was very helpful, polite and welcoming and always made sure we were well looked after during our stay. Not to mention how spotless and amazing our hotel room was. Words cannot express how thankful myself and my partner are for being given such an amazing experience will definitely be returning again 100%. Highly recommend this hotel to anybody thinking of coming to Blackpool.

Had a 2 night stay and it was just what we wanted .. lovely and clean . Comfy bed all guest very quite didn't know any one else was staying

This hotel has to be one of the best there is in Blackpool. The room we stopped in was very large with a king-size bed. 2 very comfortable chairs a big wardrobe. It had a fridge and a massive TV. The bathroom had a full size bath and a separate big shower. The normal free shampoo and shower gel but a very big bottle of bubble bath and salts. The owners are very nice. We have already booked up for December.
