Very impressed. We arrived at 11pm, we were buzzed in via intercom and the lady on reception was very helpful. We were given room 301, top floor, I am assuming it was an accessible room as we had an enormous wet room. Room was large, clean, modern and had a terrace with table and chairs. Air conditioning which was amazing as we visited during a heat wave. Large TV, Lavazza coffee machine, kettle, mini fridge, iron, waterfall shower, toiletries, spare pillows and the bed was comfortable. We stayed on a Monday night so the bar downstairs wasn't open but we didn't hear a peep from anyone all night, blackout curtains made for a good full night's sleep. I would recommend and book again!

Everything was good. We booked this hotel as it wasnt too far from Wimbldeon.
A staff member helped me set up the air-conditioning. Our fridge wasnt worked and they replaced it and said it would come on in about 30 mins. It never did but Not the end of the world as we out for most of our stay.
The hotel is located in a perfect location. Across the road from the train station, shops, pub and restaurants.
Room had all you need including more pillows, iron and hair dryer. Plenty of towels. Also has a big bath.
We would staff again if we had something booked in that area of Londo.

Great bathroom but a just a little dark and room slightly musty smell due to traffic and not being able to fully open windows.

Nice place, no frills but a good lounge/bar attached to the hotels and convenient for Surbiton Station to get into central London quickly and easily as well as all of the local shops and restaurants. Nearby private carpark is useful.

Not quite as good as it used to be. Well located and comfortable bed. But the TV was a nightmare to work, didn't seem to follow any logic and stuck on certain channels more than once. The shower I've commented on before, you have to get in and out of the bath and for older people it is a difficult step. There needs to be a grab handle located to assist this. The room wasn't serviced the first day and this is now the policy on eco grounds. But we should have been told this. Staff are a little invisible and you need to call them at the front desk. Look I'll probably stay again as it is so convenient but it does ned a bit of attention to these details.

I have stayed at hotel Bosco quite a few times, a few changes from my last stay ( no breakfast now but totally understand) discounts offered as a hotel resident with local shops.
The rooms are good but I would suggest a little sprucing due to age/ wear & tear would helpful to keep the hotel the go to place in the Surbiton area
