I thought I should have booked a taxi by Uber before leaving the ticket gate of the nearest hotel. As long as I make a reservation in advance, I think it's a recommended hotel where women can travel cheaply and safely even if they travel alone. When using hotels in London and its suburbs, I think you can enjoy a very wonderful trip if you collect information such as geography and security in advance. I'm very sorry that I can't use it because of my lack of reach. The next time I visit London, I would like to make a taxi reservation in advance and then use your hotel. Thank you very much !

中心街から外れますが、ヒースローから最寄駅まで、エリザベスラインで乗換えなしで１時間程で行けます。部屋はCOZYですが清潔、スタッフはフレンドリー、朝食もシンプルで申し分ないです。アーリーチェックインで１０ポンドのエクストラをとられましたが、仮眠できて良かったです。

良いところ ・部屋が概ね綺麗　 ・トイレやお風呂などもひどい汚れはない ・朝食が付いている（簡易的なEnglish Breakfast とても嬉しい！） ・スタッフの人が優しい（初日に話ができて嬉しかった） 注意するところ ・ベッドシーツに若干ほこり？がついている（私は許容できる程度） ・ティッシュは部屋にない ・地域の治安がすごい良いわけではないので、夜中に駅から歩いて帰るのはお勧めしない。私はすぐ目の前にバス停を利用した。（便利！）

I have to thank this hotel so much for 4 nights stay. The good points are: ・The staffs are very kind and friendly. ・The nearest station:Stratford has two subway lines to the center of London and has a direct line from/to airport, so, it is convenient. ・The room has a heater or air-conditioner, fine bathroom, I could feel always comfortable. ・All the time, the room cleaning and bed making were well done. ・The breakfast is free, I like the taste. Just one thing what I would like to suggest is: ・The breakfast starts at 7:30 a.m., I hope that the time would be earlier.

Det var et godt ophold - fin service fra personalet. For et hotel i London godt og stilfuldt. Super god morgenmad - full English breakfast - rigtigt godt. De små minus - bedre dyner og støj fra gaden - både fra biler og mennesker som gik forbi. Det kan let ændres fiberdyner fra Jysk og nye vinduer (glas) som kan lukke støjen ude.

Room on the small side, but clean and everything you needed for a couple of nights. Breakfast was good but got a bit crowded as not enough tables for residents, maybe add another hour to your breakfast service!! Staff very friendly and helpful.

Could not believe how cold the room was. It was 4 degrees took half the night to warm up and get some sleep even with a thick duvet. Breakfast was decent.

I have been on the road travelling since May 2025 staying at Air BnB and hotels between work and this place seriously blew me away. Excellent check in. Excellent room - very clean. All the amenities. Excellent complimentary breakfast. Excellent WiFi. Near to a Sainsbury's Local and mini Tesco and a short hop on a bus to Stratford. Thank you SO much for an excellent pleasant stay. The ONLY feedback would be to maybe monitor how long the little milk things have been in each room as I went to make tea and the milk looked very bad. HOWEVER there is a 24 hour coffee / tea machine and drinks downstairs so all good.

Breakfast was fine. Cereals and cooked breakfast. Not fancy but enough. Bed was comfy. Everywhere was spotless and staff friendly. Great price stay. One downside was the pillow was very hard but hey that’s a personal thing. Fully recommend

Couldn't turn off the fan in the bathroom. Bathroom had no curtains or blind but at least the window wasn't over looked! Great, in all other respects, I'd recommend o
