Great hotel, the cost of the room was more expensive than the price on Expedia which was disappointing.

Modern hotel, central location. Staff were very efficient and hospitable. The only negative would be very noisy people in adjoining rooms.

The front desk clerk who checked me in was very helpful.

Fantastic stay with friends staff lovely, friendly and knowledgeable, especially Steve in the restaurant when we went for breakfast in the morning 😋 Definitely recommend.

Restaurant and food offer was limited by an unhealthy obsession with beef steak

We had a good stay at the indigo, we used it as a base to explore chester. Its l9cation was very good. Staff were all friendly room was very clean a nd comfortable. Bit of a walk to the peper st car park about 10 minutes but ita not a big deal.

Nice hotel, nice room, nice touch having some complimentary drinks and snacks in the room. Breakfast was good. Only down side is not parking onsite and closest parking not close

Our stay was really lovely all the staff were really friendly and helpful, the hotel is kept to a high standard throughout. The location is perfect to get into the centre within walking distance and only 10 minutes from chester zoo

Hotel was great as were the staff. Breakfast was inedible unfortunately. A lot of people were sending their’s back too. But overall I would highly recommend the hotel and just steer clear of the “cooked to order items” on the breakfast!

Loved the property, the service and the people working there. Only drawback was the car park is a pretty good walk away. Not a problem though. Just warning people that are driving in to unload your luggage before you go to the car park. Thank you for a great stay

Very helpful staff throughout our visit. Lovely modern room with a fantastic balcony. Good breakfast. However overpriced within the bar and restaurant. Would definitely return.

The staff were very pleasant.

Beautiful property great staff. Loved the breakfast in the restaurant too. Super convenient for us visiting family, perfectly located for everything we needed. Car parking was a bit of a pain in the Pepper Street car park and very difficult to get out (more instructions from hotel staff may have helped) - we would probably find alternative parking another time. However, absolutely wonderful stay in the hotel and will definitely be returning.
