初めてのロンドン旅行、3泊利用しました。部屋は新しくはないですが、清潔感があり、快適に過ごせました。ティー、コーヒー、クッキーのサービスやアイロン台、ヘアドライヤーもあり、不便はなかったです。フロントの方も親切に対応してくれました。

部屋の利便性が何より価値あり。料金も手頃なのでまた利用したい。 バスタブにカーテンがあればいいと思う。共用のランドリーが故障していたのが残念。

家族旅行だったので四人一部屋を希望したのですが、部屋にキッチンもあり、非常に楽しかったです。半地下でしたが窓もあり、広く清潔で快適でした。ヒーターが壊れて付かないものもありましたが、問題はなかったです。つたない英語でもスタッフさんは話を聞いてくれ、いろいろと良い経験となりました。

向かいのHydeParkGreenの滞在が切れたので、フラットに入居できるまでの間、５日間滞在した。 部屋はまあまあ広いが、階段が急なので（リフトなし）、年配者や荷物の多い方にはお勧めできない。また、HydeParkGreenの隣55InvernessTerraceを予約した筈が、事前に行ってみたら予約が入っておらず、結局30番地であることが判明。さらに2時からチェックイン可と聞いていたので3時に行ったが、部屋の掃除が終わっておらず、40分待たされた。ドアの取っ手も弛んでおり、修理にまた30分かかった。

到着時、フロントとは違う建物の部屋であることを告げられ、荷物を抱えて移動しなければならなかった。タウンハウスをホテルに利用している。 週末はグループでの宿泊者が多く、夜遅くまで騒がしく、出入りも多く少々不安な感じがした。 部屋の広さは十分だったが、ベッドのマットレスがこれまで止まったホテルの中で最悪。 フロント係も不親切で、フリーWiFiとあったのにつながらず、説明を求めても「そっちの携帯が悪い」と言われる始末。翌日にはなんとかつながったが、不親切だった。

若者の宿泊率の高いホテル街に位置しているのか、週末はかなりうるさい。 どこへ行くにも便利なところは高評価できる。

昔、近くに住んでいた事もあり、この地区が便利な事を知っていて予約しました。鍵をもらえば、自由に我家のように使えるので、気楽でした。２日に一度シーツ、タオルを替え、掃除をしてくれますし、充分でした。 昔から排水の悪さはロンドンで定番なので、気になりませんでしたが、初めての方にはビックリかも？

受付と実際に宿泊する部屋の番地が異なる。タウンハウスをホテルに流用している、このあたりによくあるスタイル。 階段は細く急、エレベーターは無いので大きな荷物重い荷物を持った旅行者には厳しい。 部屋はキチネット付きなので数日滞在する場合部屋での最小限の食事の用意は可能。 ただしベッド周りは狭くスーツケースの置き場に苦労する。　部屋の天井高が高いのが救い。 イギリスのこの手のホテルにありがちだが水周りはごく旧式。泊まった部屋はバスタブなしシャワーのみ。 バスルームの換気扇は止め方がわからず一晩中点いていた。フロントに電話して聞こうにも内線電話が なく、外線のみ、結局そのままにして寝てしまった。うるさかった。

ダブルの部屋をカップルで利用。近くにスーパーやレストラン、公園、駅も二駅あり、場所は最高だった。 部屋も思いのほか綺麗で、それほど狭くなく2人でちょうどよかったが、3階だったので女の子だけの海外旅行だと荷物を運ぶのが大変かもしれない。

ハイドパークまで徒歩４、５分。便利な立地に好環境な周辺エリアでした。私の宿泊したのは５Fでエレベーターなしでしたので重いスーツケースを一人で運ぶのも苦労しました。女性一人で荷物を運ぶのは結構大変かもしれません。Queensway駅やBayswater駅が近くなのでEAST LONDON に行くにも非常に便利でした。週末はポートベローマーケットまで徒歩で行けますし、途中に朝食を取れるデリやカフェもありますのでオススメです。

Quarto confortável até, todos os equipamentos da cozinha estavam funcionando. Uma sugestão seria ter um espelho maior, que pudesse ver o corpo todo porque espaço no quarto para instalação tem. Como estávamos apenas em mulheres, foi ruim não ter um espelho para conferir o look e usávamos o microondas para ter uma visão melhor. De resto, o quarto é igual ao do anúncio. Ótima localização, várias opções de restaurantes, supermercados, lojas de suvenir e duas estações de metrô. Dica: se tiver problemas com escadas, melhor buscar outra opção porque realmente são mto cansativas mas já sabíamos dessa questão antes de ir.

Just stayed for 3 nights in B01, the basement room with kitchenette. Great location, quiet, housekeeping and remote staff were on it. You just have to appreciate the deal you’re getting for the location and the kitchenette. It’s older, but you’re in Hyde Park London. Gorgeous street, responsive team. The bedding could be softer, the pillows could be better, but for the price it was far beyond what I expected. Very safe and quiet with everything you need a quick walk away. I would absolutely stay again.

Noisy room.

Thinking it was going to be difficult with no reception and getting codes for doors etc. it turned out to be really handy and the communication with the people via email was very efficient.

Reception is a 5/6 min walk away. The TV remote did not work, two of three light build did not work over the mirror in the bathroom, house rules are on the line of concentration camp, in poor condition, dirty and dusty, no bedside light, It was not an apartment as all I got was a Fridge and kettle. The only plus was the location but with some many options in the area I will not be staying there again. It was the pits!

Lovely area, however the room was dirty and the beds stained. Our bed was broken and kept threatening to break at any moment. The shower was broken and only pointed at the wall. The room was dark and dingy. Definitely not an apartment as described. Just a room with an added built in toilet and shower and small kitchenette at the end of your bed. Very loud at nice, people coming and going slamming doors. Didnt help we were the room right next to the front door. Was cheap, hence why we chose it for one night. But wont stay again.

Stayed here with friends, 3 adults, 3 children Lovely quiet road, but so close to Hyde park and paralleled to street with lots of shops and restaurants, and Waitrose just round the corner Clean flat with just about everything you need for a comfortable stay. Clean comfy beds, lots of hot water, heating worked well, friendly neighbour! Will stay here again I am sure

The room was fine and the area great. The only downside was the tv remote didn't work and using the manual button to switch on was OK but the panel buttons were disbaled so I couldn't vary volume or change channel. I had to switch of the TV at the socket.

Comfortable, discreet and quiet

Unit is at the top floor with no lift. Property is not clean and doesnt feel clean. Fridge is smelly and had to clean it myself to put our food. Dusty. Sheets have stains.
