Very Nice place

Overall hotel was very good. Found the pool and poolside/changing facility poor.

Beautiful and clean

The staff were all very friendly, polite and attentive. The room was spotlessly clean and stunning with a fabulous view and the additional attention to detail regarding my request on booking was very much appreciated, making our stay even more special. Thank you.

Beautiful one night stay. Our room was incredible. We ordered room service and had the breakfast. Food was okay. Spa is great to have, but could use some tlc to help it match the rest of the hotel. Good value for money though and would definitely recommend it/be back again.

Great location. Lovely looking hotel and outside area very welcoming. Only criticism is 4pm check in time.

The hotel is lovely, our room was fantastic and clean, the amenaties were great with SPA, Pool, steam room & jacuzzi, didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening as we went out but breakfast ( buffet style ) was nice with good variety. Staff were fantastic and the area is quite quiet without being lifeless and we had a superb view over the beach. Also easy walk into Hythe or short drive to Sandgate and Folkstone. Will certainly come back as this place is a real gem

Great hotel for a nostalgic return to Hythe where my wife grew up 75 years ago.

Overall very good. Stayed at this hotel 4 times in past few years, it’s good value for money except for this time we paid for the breakfast. In my opinion it’s expensive for what it was. I’ll go back but no breakfast next time

We stayed here for a wedding, which was amazing. Staff very friendly and dressed smart. Room very comfortable, spacious and modern. Pool great. Would definitely stay again.

Beware you can’t book in till 4pm

Very nice stay lovely break

Two nights stay. We were able to check in early which was nice and our request for a room on a lower floor was granted. I played the golf course twice - it was very well maintained when considering comparable priced courses. Greens a bit patchy. We ordered food from the martello bar twice which was good and ate at the Coast restaurant which was fantastic. My wife thought the bed was a bit too firm but i think she's overly sensitive to bed comfort at the moment as she's 6 months pregnant! She had a pregnancy massage in the spa which she said was amazing - also a good price.
