普通のビジネスホテル。1泊1万円と日本の感覚では安くないが、10泊したので冷蔵庫がついていて欲しかった。

Comfortable beds, friendly staff. Excellent price. Would definitely stay again.

Long Queue to check in with only one Receptionist on Duty ,eventually a 2nd Receptionist came to help ,this despite checking in online which was supposed to save time .

Very convenient for the airport, clean room, helpful staff

The room was as expected as we have stayed here before. However, we had a meal in the restaurant and I can only say it was horrible. Will not be eating here again simply because it was very expensive and didn’t live up to any expectations i had.

We often stay here before a flight. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a stay before a flight. No hairdryer or safe but a kettle for tea coffee. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food there is really nice and not priced too much. Great hotel

This a budget hotel but NOT budget prices. My room was £119 for one night. Room 430 smelt of sewerage and was moved room. Basic room with double bed and bunk bed above it. Toilet is in a cupboard and shower is a plastic pod. Really horrible. I travel a lot and one of the worst hotels ve stayed in. Staff were lovely but hotel is basic as hell and based on a 'get them in and out model'. Bar food was horrid - chicken ceasar salad with a breaded chicken burger slapped on top of it - couldn't check out quick enough

Rooms are dated and very basic No really cleaned. reception desk was always busy and overwhelmed. No parking. Nice bar but the food could be better. We ended up having to order a takeaway as it was so busy. Staff were friendly and helpful

Arrived at about 2.30 told to wait until 3 before having our which was fair enough, however people arrived a few minutes after us and were given rooms immediately. Couldn't leave our lugfage for a couple of hours on checkout but people checking in early could leave their luggage which baffled me to be honest.

Ok for an overnight stay at the airport before morning flight

Fantastic hotel ideally located to Birmingham airport (2 mins walk) Nice clean room but needs more than 1 pillow per person Food service ok but bottle of Prosecco served warm !!

Lovely budget hotel for few hours before early flight. It is budget hotel and got everything needed for night stay. Easy walk to airport.

Ideal for an overnight stay right by the airport at a budget price. Toiletries are provided,also a kettle and tea sachets etc which I did not expect from other reviews.

This is a budget hotel and people only stay here either going to or coming from the airport. It is functional but with a much better than expected eating facility. The rooms are basic but clean and exactly what the reason for staying demands.
