Rooms were clean. Staff were courteous

Very friendly and accommodating staff.

I stayed on Xmas eve. Night the lad on reception remembered me from my last stay (the lad that had holiday inn cancel on his wedding day that’s who’s writing the review I hope your well mate ?) The gent on reception was a top lad really friendly really professional great to have chat with the guy was clearly busy but he gave me his time for a friendly conversation which goes a long way in my book I was really really happy with his customer service I was happy with the room the cleanliness of the room the cleanliness of the bed great shower power and an all around great stay my only regret is I didn’t stay another night ahh oh well next time I’m in Leicster I’ll stay that extra night to fully recharge my batteries also this hotel has parking straight outside and a petrol / service station it’s really convenient also right on the M way

This is a quality budget hotel. The layout is compact and practical with the rooms spotless. Reception and breakfast area also compact and practical with the staff friendly and helpful.

everything was great

The hotel is budget so expectation is low but the staff were belligerent, uninterested and not at all welcoming. One girl behind the bar had to get someone to serve drinks as she was far to interested in what was on the T.V. What i was served was wrong and not replaced. To be fair i misheard the mumbled products on offer. I was told i "might" be able to do something about it but nothing additional explained. I felt uncomfortable so walked away. The place is grimy and could benefit a freshen up and the room for 2 Adults came with one hand and one bath towel, we did not complain as we had towels already BUT for those that do not bring anything - beware! No hairdryer either. The free tea/coffee is nice in the bar/reception as no kettles in the room. All in all just a place to lay your head and dont expect anything..at all!

The staff from start to end were ever so helpful and welcoming.

Rooms are small and basic but overall does the job for somewhere to stay.

We arrived later in the afternoon and were very tired from a long car drive. Checking in was easy enough and the young man at the reception was friendly. The bunk bed was not made, which is not ideal if you are tired and and just want to crash. The bunk bed itself has not been properly cleaned in a while, as there were tissues stuffed in the corners, the mattress protector had stains and the frame hasn't seen a cloth in a while and the ladder could do with a few screws tightening. The room had a weird smell and we had to open the window first thing we stepped in, but that didn't last long, as somebody was smoking pot nearby We have also been charged for parking, even though it says on their website it is free, which I only noticed once we left. I am aware it is a budget hotel and I have stayed in many different ones in the past, but I was really not impressed with this one. We only stayed for a night, that's why I gave the hotel 3 stars and it was okay for what we needed it.

I had an excellent experience here. I checked in during the early hours, and the porter was already waiting—very friendly and even offered me tea or coffee on arrival. The room was spotless, compact, and perfect for a one-night stay, with a lovely bath towel provided. There was no hairdryer in the room, but otherwise everything was just right. Parking usually comes with a charge, but it wasn’t working during my visit, which was a bonus. Despite being located at a service area, it was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was buffet-style with plenty of choice, and the Full English was piping hot. I would definitely stay again.

After been letdown by holiday inn last minute these guys came to the rescue the lads were so happy to help and they managed to save my wedding day thank you so much I will return when in Leicster

My one night stay went very smoothly.The staff were affable and attentive over help with the wifi and security. I missed not having a drink making facility in the room or a waste bin but appreciated the generous drinks freely available in the dining area. It proved a good, all round choice.
