Room 123 should be avoided.
Shower water does not drain. When using the washbasin, its drainage overflows the shower floor.
Poorly handled. I wish they would have changed the room or something. ......
The day before yesterday I stayed in the same hotel in a different room and it was great, but when bad things happen the response is terrible.
They say they do maintenance but I don't know how.

Probably the most convenient hotel to visit Greenwich, few minutes walk to Cutty Sark, short walk to the other attractions and pier for the Uber boat.

It's an Ibis so you kind of know what you are going to get: a couple notched above basic but clean. Impressively, the more popular Ibis hotels have mostly had a hipster/ mid century modern makeover in the shared spaces which majes then feel fun. The location of the one in Greenwich is hard to beat. Staff were delightful.
