Room was clean and warm, but very tired decor, shower didnt hold its self up, as holder broken. But everything was there.

Room was clean and tidy with nice decor. Great location but the Bed was not comfortable you could feel the bed springs from the mattress, definitely in need of replacement.

Ground floor room was clean and comfortable enough for a one night stay. Could do with a touch up of paint and a deep clean of bathroom. Shower head could be replaced. Beds were comfy however room located right at the entrance to property and thin walls meant we were awoken everytime someone came banging through the main door. Especially when the door system is likely to unfamiliar to most so people were talking loudly trying to get in through the electric keypad system. Ok for price paid for Saturday night. Excellent location. Would not stay again however due to poor sleep. We had the double bed room with extra bed - this was a fold out single but made up already on arrival.

Room was very tiny no room to open suitcases or move around

I was put in a basement room. The room was nice but getting down the steps was rather dangerous because of the fire door.. The service was not good never abuone present if you needed help . Iwould not recommend for. An elderly person.or anyone with difficulty walking. No elevator

Temperamental check in key pad which is not great when it’s a self check in hotel. The bathroom was a shower/toilet combo which I’ve never come across before! And was certainly not described this way, nor did the photos give this impression. But having said that there was no hot water. Not great at all!

Good standard accommodation and reasonably priced.

Cheap and cheerful comfy bed and fan was a bonus thanks

Great location no frills hotel. This was for one night and it was perfect.

I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room was extremely small and cramped, with barely enough space to move around. Most concerning was the mattress, it was completely collapsed, like a basket, and offered no support whatsoever, making it impossible to get a decent nights sleep and I woke with a terrible migraine. I reported the issue to the hotel during my stay, but nothing was done to address it. It’s unacceptable to offer rooms in this condition to paying guests. I expected basic comfort for the price I paid, but the condition of the bed made the room unfit for use. I would not stay here again and can’t recommend it to others based on my experience.

Easy check in amd good location. Very tiny room for tne money ( but was still cheapest for a Sat night!) and the bathroom woukd have been a struggle if we had have been any larger than average adults. Everything was very cheap, with wallpaper even being drawn on, but the bed was comfy and the linen clean ( although there was a definite whiff if urine which i think came from the duvet itself) and bathroom very clean. No loo roll ( but found a random open cupboard with some in!). It was quiet and myself and 11 yr old slept soundly, apart from when the very cheap toilet seat swerved when ysed in the middle of the night! Bed was comfy.

For the money paid this was adequate. One or two nights in the small twin room is all I could manage as it is so small with no storage space only a narrow shelf and small desk with the tea facilities on. The shower/toilet was really clean but so small. No good for larger visitors. The flooring and edging around the room is rough and a little dirty HOWEVER, it was in a perfect spot and the staff were lovely and helpful and I slept really well. So for a budget stay this was fine.

The room was small but had everything you could wish for. Tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, 2 irons, small fridge, etc. the heating was a little too warm for us but not too much. Lovely as you are almost in the centre of Brighton, close to the seafront so not too much walking to get where you want to go.

Extrêmement bien situé. Pour le reste ce séjour a été plutôt désagréable notamment à cause de notre chambre située au Rdc derrière la porte d'entrée. Ne prenez donc pas cette chambre Double Deluxe possibilité triple. On entend tous les arrivées et départ et le système de fermeture de la porte fait claquer la porte d'entrée extrêmement fort ce qui fait trembler les murs. Vous serez réveillés de 6h du matin à minuit. J'ai alerté le loueur mais même pas une réponse. Donc quand tout va bien bonne communication mais si ça ne va pas pas de réponse. La chambre n'était pas très propre non plus. Enfin gros problème de chaleur dans la chambre avec obligation de faire tourner le ventilateur. Bref, la note est pour l'emplacement

Zu teuer für die Qualität, die geboten wird. Mini-Zimmer, recht abgenutzt. Sehr laute Umgebung (zumindest am Wochenende).

I stayed in the basement flat. It was grotty and quite grimy. You are able to hear every single noise in there, sleep is very difficult

We stayed here for one night and I'd definitely recommend staying here its a great location and good value for money

Arrived at 7.30 but hadnt been se nt any door codes. And website qas unclear whether anyone would be thwre or not . Tried to contact number on website with no success for an hour. Finally got into room to find a pidgeon in the conservstory part of the room. Beds very uncomfortable with springs sticking through. Lots of grubby marks around the walls and chips on flooring. And mould on walls. Woke up at 9am to staff hammerkng upstairs above our room.
