部屋にシャワーがないのが残念です。値段を考えると泊まるだけなら十分です。スタッフもフレンドリーで良いです。チェックアウトも柔軟にしてくれますし、荷物を預かってもらうこともできます。

No parking, shared toilet, the shower is also shared, filthy and barely usable. We had the twin room, when arrived one bed was made and the other wasn't, bin wasn't emptied and debris on the floor so would assume had not been made up after last guest. I only paid £40 for the room and at that feel I overpaid by £25. The man and barmaid were very pleasant and that is the only positive thing I can say about the place

Very disappointing. No towels no soap or anything. We had tea bags and coffee .thats it..

Staff were drunk or on drugs, banging on my door to let them whilst also swearing. Not only scared me but also my autistic 5 year old. I had to leave early hours and it’s currently under investigation by hotels.com. Stay far away.

We booked this hotel the night before our arrival. Along with the price the main reason we booked this was it stated it had a games room. Our plan was then to make the most of Blackpool in the day and then use the games room and bar in the evening to sit and unwind with the kids. Unfortunately what we didn't know when booking it was the bar/games room was closed on a Sunday which happened to be the night we booked. So unfortunately I can't comment on the quality of this. The location to the hotel is great with it only being a 2 min walk to Coral Island and shops etc at the end of the road. The check in was a breeze, I rang the doorbell at 3pm and was greeted straightaway by a pleasant bloke. We booked the room with the private shower and toilet as I had young kids with me. So can't comment on the standard of the shared facilities. However, our shower/toilet was clean with a hot electric shower. There was no lock on the toilet door but not really needed as we knew when someone was in there. I wasn't aware that the towels are actually downstairs on the rack as you enter the property. Not in the room, I didn't notice this when checking in but had my own towel in my case anyway. The room we were in was comfy and clean and didn't smell of smoke. We had a decent sleep despite the central location it was quiet in the room. A few improvements I would suggest. Add a mini fridge to the room, and add a wifi extender to the top floor. We had no wifi in our room all stay.

We arrived on 15th may not sure what to expect after hearin some of reviews some not that great from moment we arrived was made to feel so welcome showed the room wr was in ground floor with our own loo and shower towels in room no issues with bed or bedding plenty of room to move around tv in perfect working well i couldnt fault the hotel had bar downstairs with pool table puggies and big tv prices not too bad staff was very very friendly no issues with anything i couldnt see what others had issues with i went with kids youngest been 11 he was made to feel welcome and will definately return yes there is a rule no takeaway food in rooms pity wasnt a bit downstairs you could eat it if go around corner there is chippy called dales which we used a lot and also the tower fisheries is good place kids meals only £1 there cafe called jacques next to morrisons not to bad prices ifni could give them a few suggestions would be if they ever introduce a light breakfast like toast cereals would help them maybe also offer an option to pay for stay in installments ie pay up if you booking a stay later.on in the year the people who own this hotel deserve more credit than they get and i can not fault the stay gibe this place a chance

do not stay here they should pay people to stay here . door broken the wallpaper filty with i dont no what , shower share not clean be warned its a dump

Room was clean like the last time we stayed. Staff was polite. Had everything we needed.v

No parking on site. Toilet and bathroom are not in the rooms they are the end of the corridors. Beds were broke. Double bed had a king size mattress. Didnt use bar so cant comment on that

The rooms could of done with a better clean, the carpet had bits all on it. The bed was really comfortable. The hotel could do with a bit of a revamp/redecoration. But what i paid for the stay i was happy with. The hotel has its own bar area which we never used. Facilities in the room (kettle and tv) Location is superb, 5 mins walk to the beach, located few minutes walk from town and the tower.

Room was very dirty very run down no en suite facilities but was told the room was en suite

To be fair if it's just somewhere to sleep then this place is ok could do with some updates,owners tho very friendly and very close to the lights

Pooh in the toilet when we arrived . Beds uncomfortable headboard not attached properly so banged on the window every time i moved.

Staff were lovely and really friendly. Room was great for everything we needed enough room for all the family. Loved the bar downstairs great addition to the hotel. Would book again. Thanks for a great stay

The beds were very comfortable the staff are friendly and don't bother anyone.

The Hotel was horrible and 4 rooms having to share 1 toilet only a sink no hand wash I brought one myself I couldn't use the shower it was dirty people smoking outside the hotel cigarette buts outside the hotel throwing out on the steps of the hotel no heating in room no hand wash I brought my own very disappointing I would never stay there again .

They say there's no washing facilities but there is we was there for 7 days but they didnt change bedding and when looking out of our room window you could see into the other persons room but that was next doors hotel.the shower took ages to warm them got well hot like kettle hot water.i wouldnt recommend staying there and the price wasnt worth it for what they offer on the site.
