Very clean and spacious room, highly recommended

Fabulous property within easy reach of the town centre.

Nice hotel.

Property is okay, was expecting a patio room but had a room on the second floor. Room was clean and fridge freezer did work, once I realised that it had been unplugged by the previous person that stayed in the room. Cleaning staff were very friendly. About 10 minutes walk to lots of different restaurants, Francine’s was excellent both in terms of quality of food and reasonably priced. Good base from where to do walks around the Lakes.

The pillows are very flat. Nice to have a fridge. Very modern room that I enjoyed. The room faced south and was EXTREMELY hot even with closing the curtains all day and the window open. It wasn't clear how to turn on/off some lights, turn on the towel warmer, and let the sink drain. There isn't a front desk and check in is virtual.

Lovely property close to everything

I stayed in Kotel Windermere for a night with my family. The hotel is clean and design is modern just like as in the picture. Check in was easy as the password for the room was sent on the day of arrival. I booked a family room for 4 with a double sofa bed. It was a little cramped for a family of 4 as the sofa bed was put at the end of the double bed. We were happy with the condition except that we found a dead bee underneath the blanket but it was already at night and there was no reception desk. As such, we couldn’t make any complain. On the whole, it was an enjoyable stay except for the dead bee.

Location was fabulous bowness 5 minutes walk away & windermere 20 minutes walk away.

When booking a hotel, and requesting a double room, it is very disappointing to have two single beds pushed together as it is not comfortable at all.

As a wheelchair user I only book rooms that are wheelchair accessible too arrive at a hotel that can't be accessed by wheelchair to then be told BUT the room is accessible was unbelievable if you can't access the hotel how do you access the room which was on the ground floor but the design of the room the wheelchair wouldn't fit thro the door either, it's false advertisement when my husband helped me to the room it was so hot you couldn't breathe and there was some sort of cheap AC blowing hot air around the same with a small fan we asked for more fans but had too leave our belongings in a room with the windows open to try and cool the room down to sleep in, the management the next morning provided two plastic "ramp" which was useless as the step was higher than the plastic ramp they provided it's not acceptable to advertise as wheelchair accessible the room was so so small even if we had got the wheelchair into the room their was nowhere for it to go the room is small the bed takes up the majority of space there was a small kitchenette the size of a wardrobe built in but no washing up liquid or a tea towel, this hotel is all show but accessibility, lack of responsibility by the managers saying they don't own the place and theirs nothing they could do just telling us our complaints were valid isn't good enough for the price they charge it's over the top and you can find better accommodation with breakfast included for the same or less price I wouldnt use this hotel again.

Too small for a 4p family….

A really great stay in a very nice room. The staff seemed nice enough, the wifi speed was incredible and the hotel also has a decent (free) car park for guests. Very reasonable price and super modern room. Couldn't fault it.

Left a day early had enough apart from the bad weather the property did not come up to expectations rated 4.4 star by you I would not even give it 1.4 stars would not recomend it room was far to hot could not adjust the heating a sweatbox the televison did not work complained about that nobody came also the shower did not work thankfully it had a bath as well overall the place not like your website it was rubbish 1 of the worse 3 places I hve ever stayed the other 2 also on your website including Diamonds Lodge in York recently that was even worse. You need have a another look at how you rate these places it totally ruined my holiday.

Great location but the single room is far too small and dingy so even if alone I would still go for a bigger room

All good except the sofa bed isn't comfortable at all. The room isn't a good choice for 3 persons.
