予想より広々して過ごしやすかったですが、メインのバスルームのシャワーヘッドが壊れてシャワーが使えないのと、洗面所の水の出が悪く使いにくかったのが残念でした。タオル、什器など必要最小限にしかないので日本人には向いてないかも知れません。 大きなスーパーマーケットが徒歩圏内に幾つかあり、買い物にはとても便利な立地でした。

部屋に入ればリフォームされ清掃も行き届いていてキレイです。 一部電気はつきませんでした。 鍵の受け渡しについて、土曜日は午後6時で終了。日曜日は完全おやすみなので注意が必要です。 オフィスの近くのショップで事前に行っておけば鍵を夜10時まで預かってくれるようです。 オフィスからは鍵はショップでの受け渡しの指示でしたが、当日行くと鍵は預かっていないと言われました。 当日の昼間に受け渡し方法の変更メールが私だけに来ていたようです。 メールの受け取りを常にできる状態でないと、、実際困りました。 ショップの方はあくまでも受け渡しだけのようでした。 アパートはそのショップから歩いて7〜8分のところで、荷物を持っての移動にはなりますが、バス停からも近かったです。ストリートや周辺はあまり綺麗なところではないので、寝に帰るだけならお部屋は綺麗なので問題ないです。温度管理が暑い気候で冷房完備に慣れた日本人の間隔だとうまくいかないエアコンでした。階段が狭いので荷物が大きいと少し大変かなと思います。これはこのアパートだけでなく、大抵の アパートがあてはまりますが。 近くにはテスコもありました。

予約する際に地図で見るよりも駅まで距離がある気がしました。周辺はあちこちで工事中が多かったため気分が下がりました。部屋の中は軽めのインテリアで、歩くたびに天上が鳴り、他の部屋の音はかなり聞こえました。1週間を過ごしましたが自分の音が聞こえないように気をつけていました。次回は利用しないと思います。

We had a second-floor apartment that was amazing—clean, spacious, and quiet. The neighborhood was also great, with a few restaurants within walking distance. we stayed one night as area is close to the airport. This area is ideal for people with cars.

This property was in a great location and easy to access with door codes provided in good time. As it’s on the top floor, it could get hot in summer but they have thoughtfully provided a couple of fans.

Had what I’d class a 5 star stay on my first leg. Lovely classic building, roomy and nicely design apartment, clean and well appointed. The second leg of my stay (trip to Europe in between!) was not as great. Same building, but flat on topmost floor with heavy suitcases and no lift. Flat was not as well maintained and not as well cleaned before we checked in. E.g toilet was near impossible to flush as button was faulty. Reception was super friendly on both legs, but had not-so-great experience with back office regarding non-communication of earlier office closure. All in all I would recommend staying here. And the location is great!

Das Apartment ist für Londoner Verhältnisse richtig geräumig und demzufolge auch im Preis/Leitungs-Verhältnis sehr positiv zu bewerten. Durch die Nähe zu U-Bahn und Supermarkt kann man alles gut erreichen (~10 Minuten) und Notwendiges schnell besorgen. Einziger Kritikpunkt wäre die Hellhörigkeit des Gebäudes. Wir waren in Hammersmith Grove No. 117 untergebracht und jedesmal, wenn im Apartment darüber sich jemand bewegt hat oder über die Stiegen gegangen ist, war es so, als würde er unmittelbar neben einem in der Wohnung stehen. Das ist vor allem in Nacht für einen guten Schlaf nicht förderlich, liegt aber natürlich auch an der Disziplin bzw. dem Fehlen von dieser, der anderen Bewohner. Alles in allem, war es ein schöner Aufenthalt, der unsere Erwartungen erfüllt hat. Danke an das Team!

We stayed here earlier this month and had a positive experience. It's a great location and neighborhood with good transport options to get around London. The property was clean and quiet. A good spot to stay with a family.

Price was good, but was less happy once we discovered that both reserved apartments had carpets everywhere (nearly all picture does not show this). 10 minute walk from Hammersmith station which is not bad, but area has less restaurants and services than it once had. Beds were confortable, but the rest of the furniture was outdated and worn out. None of the knifes were good to cut anything and the kitchen was barely furnished enough for four people. With the two bed room setup, airflow to the dining and living room was horrible with temperatures above 25C and had to ask for fans which only one of the two apartments. In summary, the ask questions before renting as a hotel room with modern accomodities might be a better choice than renting this apartment.

This is my second stay in one of the Lamington Apartments, and I’ll absolutely be booking with them again. The apartment is in a quiet, residential neighborhood with easy access to the Tube (approx 10 min walk) and local bus lines, making it a super convenient base for exploring London. The Lamington Apartments are consistently responsive and helpful. For example, when I let them know the handle on the bedroom window was broken and requested a fan, they had someone there the same day to deliver the fan and fix the window — impressive service! Communication is quick and easy using WhatsApp. We appreciated having access to a washer and drying racks, making longer stays much more comfortable. And the kitchen is a great bonus — perfect for making breakfast or a quick meal after a day out in the city. The apartments have modern decor that is comfortable, clean, and not dated! The beds are comfy, and the bedding and pillows are high-quality. This is especially important on my list of things to look for when making reservations! To top it all off, we were surprised and delighted with a free upgrade to a two-bedroom property — a thoughtful touch that made our stay even better. Highly recommend staying here for both comfort and convenience!

I didn’t notice any fan in the apartment and I imagine with the increasing heat one would be needed as it was already warm inside. Otherwise apartment 1 was lovely.

We had the top 2 floors of this building. Although there’s no elevator and 3 flights of stairs, the apartment was nice. The dryer of the washer/dryer unit didn’t work. I would stay here again. Be aware you’re .5 miles away from both tube stations, though

Stayed many times here always great.

Nicely updated apartment. It had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning up. Comfortable beds and big fluffy bath towels. The only downside was the narrow vintage stairway, it didn't take long to get used to it.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und die Kommunikation sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft war nur 7min zu Fuß von der Station „Hammersmith“ entfernt. Es fährt die Underground „Districtline“ (London Tower, Tower Bridge uvm.) Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder!
