Decent location. Kind staff.

駅前で便利な立地でした。ビーチまでは少し遠いですが、歩ける距離です。部屋も十分な広さで、バスルームも綺麗でした。朝食は普通でした。スタッフもフレンドリーでした。

スタッフは親切でフレンドリーでした。設備も掃除が行き届いており綺麗でした。またブライトンに来た時はぜひ泊まりたいと思えました。

プラミアリーグの試合を観るために宿泊しました。室内は大変綺麗に保たれています。駅徒歩一分程で大変便利でした。

It felt like home away from home

The room itself had a comfortable bed however it is quite an outdated room. The bathroom is very basic, the shower has a shower curtain which kept falling off as it was not secured properly and it was too short meaning the bathroom flooded quite quickly as the curtain kept flapping outside the bath. Our sink also had a big crack in it. We stayed two nights and the first breakfast was definitely not worth the price. We went down at 0830 (breakfast was 0630-0930) and they ran out of oat milk, orange juice and scrambled eggs, some of the food was quite dry and we felt sorry for the staff as they were being asked to re-fill items but there was no stock. This isn’t really acceptable for a Tuesday morning as it wasn’t the weekend and it also was not that busy. They also did not have half the items available which they did on our second breakfast. We were not asked on check out about the stay and the lady dismissed us quite quickly so we did not get a chance to mention the above issues. Check in was very quick and the gentleman was very kind. The pride decorations were beautiful.

It was over priced for just two nights staff members made me feel unwelcomed from the start on arrival

Clean and well located especially if you're travelling by train. Great base for our short stay.

You shouldn't have this as compulsory

The hotel was in a good location with great accessibility for parking.However, when we arrived we noticed that our bedsheets had a stain on both the pillow and mattress cover. When we asked the hotel staff for them to be exchanged, they agreed to do it whilst we were out, yet when we returned the bed still had the same stain.We also found that the rooms had very little sound proofing.

We flew in to Gatwick. The trip down on the train was super. Everything in the hotel was great. We will be back again!!

Love this hotel. If you're coming on the train or bus, it's very convenient. I don't love staying near the beach, so it's great and really all of Brighton is a short walk anyway. It's close to the Lanes, clean and affordable, always my 'go to' when in Brighton.

I stayed for two nights at this hotel. The location is excellent, as it is very close to Brighton Station. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a nice selection of food. However, I found the staff, particularly the lady hosting breakfast, to be unfriendly. On the first day of my stay, I was unwell and barely ate anything, including dinner that evening. The following morning, I asked if I could take my breakfast to my room because I still wasn’t feeling well. Unfortunately, the hostess simply said “no” without asking why or showing any understanding of my situation. I felt the response lacked empathy and customer care. As someone who also works in the hospitality industry, I understand that policies need to be followed, but I also believe good service means listening to guests and showing compassion when appropriate. In this case, I felt the focus was more on getting through the shift than helping a guest who was unwell. Overall, the hotel was good, mainly because of its convenient location and the quality of the breakfast, but the staff’s attitude could be improved to provide a more welcoming experience.

Clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff- close to the station.

Clean room and great hotel facilities. There were sometimes room service drinks and trays left outside of the rooms for multiple nights, but it didn’t take away from the whole experience.

Amazing stay again. My favourite hotel in Brighton. Friendly staff excellent.
