暖房が効かず、滞在中ずっと寒かったです。

This hotel is located around good restaurants area. So it is good for the noght scene.

建物は古いですが、部屋も広く、朝食もしっかりしていて満足しています。部屋に冷蔵庫があるともっと快適ですが。

The hotel was lovely and clean. However on arrival our executive room booked hadn't gone through to the hotel and we were given a basic disabled room. We had to go back to reception and show our booking confirmation. Although the executive room was better, the room itself was very small. The king size bed took up most of the room. The so called mini fridge contained two cans of pepsi and a kit kat! Breakfast was nice and very well cared for by staff.

Me and my friend had a overnight stay ,we had a family room with a king-size and sofa bed ,there were no sheets or duvet for the sofa bed ,so walked down to reception to inform them on 2 separate occasions, the receptionist said on both occasions that they would get room service to sort it . So we came back on a good night out ,to the room and still no sheets or duvet. It was too late to complain so I left it ,and had to borrow a sheet from my friends bed . I was not to happy . The only thing in there favour was that the hotel was very busy that night .

Great staff.. clean room.. great location

The hotel requires urgent refurbishment or deep cleaning of carpeted areas, which currently detracts from guest comfort. Reception staff were unhelpful and insisted on full payment of the entire booking plus extras at check-in, rather than just the additional charges, which felt unprofessional. Overall, the experience did not meet the standard expected from shouldn't dvdb comparable hotels like Premier Inn.

Great value room in city centre

The room was dirty and rhe window leaked both water and sound. Saturday night, fire alarm went off due to someone smoking. Disrupted sleep

Conveniently located hotel in the heart of Derby, it was everything you would expect from a Leonardo hotel. Parking was limited but there was a cheap and secure alternative across the road on Chapel Street

Room was really nice and clean. Hotel was tody and the staff were really really helpful, polite and respectful. Great hotel recommended.

Extremely poor stay, didn’t acknowledge request to upgrade room. Kettle didn’t work in the room, they then brought a replacement that also didn’t work, then brought one without a stand (didn’t fit the others) finally we did get a working kettle. Housekeeping then came in 3 times after we told them we didn’t need them and then she argued that we should have checked out when we were booked for 3 nights and this was day 2, had to prove to her the booking and no apology. Then the key cards didn’t work so had to go back all the way to reception to get them re-done. Complained and didn’t get an apology or any good will gesture offer. Frankly should have stayed at a travelodge or a cheaper hotel for a third of the price. Room wasn’t great either with the worst yellow lighting and the tv also had aerial issues on some channels.

Very welcoming reception and great stay

Nice, clean hotel, located close to the city Center.

Friendly attentive staff. Room was perfectly clean and comfortable although air con system left the room a little too warm. Excellent location for city centre activities.

Disappointing check in experience and no discount on food offered, or room upgrade. Service at the bar for food was incredibly slow.
