食事内容やスタッフのサービスはよかったが、ダイニングの机がどれもベタベタしていて、あまり心地よくなかった。

Lovely stay at Lion Quays resort

Room was dated and poor condition in some areas. We arrived to check in early and told we would be informed if room was ready early, it wasn't and considering we arrived at 1 I was confused as to why our room didn't seem to be cleaned until just before we gained access. Pool was cold and not what I was expecting from a spa experience.

Checked out throughout the night, too hot, bathroom fan did not stop and kept going being quite loud. Due to this left as we couldn't sleep so missed out on the spa and breakfast.

Staff were very nice. Leisure facilities were very good Restaurant....evening meal was delicious Breakfast was excellent Only criticism was that the shower in the room needs attention. The grout and tiles were black with ingrained mould. Though i think it was essentially clean, it just didnt look nice

The place is great, rooms are clean and comfortable, staff are friendly, shower is good & hot, bed is comfortable, food in the Waterside restaurant was beautiful. Internet/Wifi is garbage. It was useless! I was here for work so needed internet access and ended up having to go stand in the car park to even make a phone call. Loved the place but won't go back again. Owners need to invest in a higher bandwidth package.

Clean, great staff

Good room and restaurant. Wifi is very spotty and drops. Dont plan to have meetings and us the wifi.

The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The shower was excellent, and really appreciated the heated towel rack. We also had a pleasant experience at the bar, and the breakfast was very good—especially as they were able to accommodate my gluten-free requirements. The only downside was that the corridors felt a bit outdated, and noise carried quite easily. We could hear activity from both the hallway and the neighbouring room.

Staff helpful and friendly and the pool / gym area is fantastic.

When we arrived we booked a table in the restaurant for 7.45, we checked in to our room and it was filthy, carpet was dirty and full of stains, skirting boards hadn’t seen a cloth for a long time, room was cold as the heating controls were not working, we asked for a portable heater but Wes told none on site, bathroom was very tired and in desperate need of a re furb, we arrived at the restaurant for 7.45 as booked only to be told that it wasn’t 7.45 but 8.30 the booking had been made for. When we returned back to the room we were so cold we had to get under the bed cover with our clothes on, really not happy I called reception to complain and within 10 minutes a portable heater arrived and we also requested an additional duvet which we had. This is our second visit at this hotel but unfortunately will not be staying again and will not be recommending it either. This hotel in my opinion should have no more than a two star rating and certainly not the four star that it advertise.

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool, which was a great bonus. In the evening, we dined at the waterfront restaurant opposite the hotel and the food was absolutely delicious. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with great blackout blinds and an exceptionally comfy bed that ensured a perfect night’s sleep. We woke refreshed and enjoyed the included buffet breakfast, which offered a wide variety of tasty food and drinks. Overall, we had a brilliant experience and would happily return again in the future. Highly recommended!
