Loved its central location, overall tidiness, and space inside. Air conditioning is a North American thing I guess lol, and since you don’t have staff onsite: I bought toilet paper at a store.

My stay overall was great, with exceptional communication from the staff. I informed them of my late arrival in advance, and they followed up multiple times to ensure I had all the details to access the property and my room. The room was exactly what we needed—complete with a small table, kitchenette (stove, pots, microwave), and an iron with an ironing board. Everything met my expectations. However, there are a couple of drawbacks to note, especially for colleagues traveling internationally. The property has a UK washer and dryer that require payment using 20p and £1 coins—so plan ahead. The machines are not very efficient, so expect to hang dry your clothes due to limited drying options. Cleanliness was acceptable, though there was a significant amount of dust on top of the closet. Thankfully, there were no bed bug issues, unlike some prior reviews. I’d recommend the property but suggest they provide clearer laundry details in the room or the listing.

Easy access, strictly as of 3 p.m. by email with access code. Had an elevator. room was spacious for 1-2 persons. Bed was good for 1 person or 2 lovers :-), room was clean. Room had a kitchenette and fridge, which was excellent. WIFI worked perfectly. a request for (missing) coffee cups was solved within 1 hour ! after check-in the apt-company called to hear if all was fine - very good. Room had also a ventilator, but I didn't need to use it. Bed and pillows were soft but comfortable. House rules gave all details; easy to understand. In the same building, there were 2 restaurants at the bottom (left + right of entrance / no food smell in the room!). Opposite the building, there was a nice little park. The location was central Soho, perfect ! Bathroom with shower was small but useful and clean. All-in-all, a satisfied stay which I can only recommend.

The internet never worked and we emailed them almost daily about it. The location is great. The bed is NOT a King size. We had to ask for shampoo and body wash since it was empty when we arrived. The cleanliness of the sheets was questionable. They did give us a later checkout since the internet never worked. Overall, it was fine. Next time I would stay in a hotel since it was about the same cost.

I stayed in apartment four which is small and compact. It’s located on the first floor with large windows but unfortunately these were not cleaned. I stayed during a hot period in August and they supplied a fan in the room which was comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the blockout blinds helped to reduce the light during the night, golden Square is very central to Picadilly Circus Oxford Circus and all the sites in the centre of London. Being so central you do here the city noises and people enjoying the square and local restaurants. The bathroom was very small but the shower water was good and the bathroom functioned well. Note that there are no toiletries included. There is a kitchenette of which I only used the fridge to store cold water and the kettle to make a cup of tea. In general the apartment needs a revamp to make it more fresh. I did find rubbish from the previous people but in general it was clean and I felt safe. The stairwells smelt unfortunately of the Korean restaurant on the ground level.

No AC could be challenging in hot days. Maintenance to be improved. Overall nice stay and very responsive staff

London Collection at Golden Square is centrally placed, Soho on your doorstep, St James and Mayfair too. apartment was right size, no noise from other tenants - could not ask for more. I recommend.

Please refer to the email that I sent to London collection regarding suffering an extreme case of bedbugs. When I woke in the morning I was covered invites literally head to toe. I forwarded an email both to yourselves at Expedia and also to London collection following my conversation with them, I had not heard back for a week from them. I had to call them today 23rd April, and they’ve now promised me a response.

Great apartment. Perfect location for central London.

Discovered after sleeping there for the two nights we had booked, that our bed was infested with bed bugs. Basically ruined our vacation, as you can imagine. Best part? Radio silence from the hosts, after requesting a refund upon self-checkout. Even sent them literal videos of the bugs. Nothing. Don’t stay here. Less egregious, but the elevator was under repair the entire time as well, so climbing four floors with luggage was a pretty bad experience.
