ホテルとありますがフロントがない無人の家で、民泊かと思った。 エクスペディアには到着時にはオーナーが迎えに来ると記載があったが来なかった。玄関や部屋の開錠方法も事前に知らされず、時間がかかって苦労した。

Perfect location, Claire was a great host and gave us access to the room before it was finished so we could leave our bags.

Room was great for four of us after a day at the zoo and before a city visit the next day. Good walkable location. A small issue getting access but sorted by the host on the phone. Beware: there is NO parking at the property- I booked as it was a highlighted feature but there is no parking here. We were given advice by the host to park across the road in the Delamere car park which was fine (£9.50- arrived 8pm left next day at 2pm) but just an error on Expedia. Found the room quiet and warm. Very comfortable beds.

Lovely little stay, easy check in, parking across the road. Nice and quiet and very clean. Perfect for an overnight stay. Recommend.

Stayed in the small room with the garden view which was very small, comfy bed. Bathroom had a few issues, shower not very warm and water appeared on the floor from somewhere. Shower door doesn't close and the sink plug was permanently down. Could do with some repairs / tlc.

leider bin ich zum wiederholten Male von ihnen an unseriöse Unterkünfte vermittelt wurden. Ein Check in war nicht möglich da die American Express nicht akzeptiertieren. Ein 90 minütiges Telefonat mit ihrem sogenannten Service brachte nichts ein. Liverpool als Ausweichquartier ist ein Witz. Es gibt keine freien Zimmer in Chester eine Lüge. Gott sei Dank gibt es hier Passanten die einen den Weg zum nächsten Hotel (travellodge) sagen konnen.

Lovely, cosy, quirky retreat. Had everything we needed. Bed very comfy. Excellent communication from the owner. Very short walk to the City. Perfect

2 single blokes stopping overnight.bouble bed and single both woke up to a early set of with cripling back ache. Given wrong code for door to enter but soon sorted out.plug socket on the wall not in the best condition.did mention to host so hopefull sorted out before next guest.room number 1.lovley room but missing final touches.slight mould on inner outside wall and wallpaper could do with pasting down in places

Easy to find, 14 minute walk from Chester Station. Shops and plenty of food places to buy food for lunch and dinner and restraunts close by. I spoke with Claire, she was lovely, helpful and made me feel very welcome and at home. I highly recomend Maison Claire. I would definitely stay again.

Centrally placed for all sites and attractions. Clean and modern, fantastic for our stay.

Entry is by a code given by the landlady. The room was very small but comfortable. Tea and coffee supplied in the room. The lighting in the toilet/shower room was too dim for shaving. Generally, its a cosy place. The landlady was very pleasant and couldn't have been more helpful. I would happily stop there again.

Room was poor. Damp and cold. We asked for the heating to be on and we given a small fan heater. The room was dusty. Wall paper bubbling away from wall. Shower poor. Towels tiny and thin. No toiletries just a used empty shower gel bottle in shower. Cushions on bed stained. Felt dirty and not Covid safe. Booked breakfast for day two - Clare told us to text her time we wanted breakfast. It wasn’t ready and Clare explained she had been out drinking night before and was running late. She then burned our breakfast and put burned side of omelette reface down hoping we wouldn’t see it. She said she had burned pan. All smoke alarms going off. Food swimming in grease. Not sure whether she was still drunk! She did take breakfast coat off bill but I felt quick sick after. All in all totally overpriced stay. Shabby, dirty and a big let down. Amateur.
