Avoid this place at all costs! This place is simply disgusting. First of all, the indication of where this appartment was not clear. Locals in the area tried helping us to find this appartment but even they couldn't give the right direction. After spending 30 minutes running around the blocks, we could finally find the entrance. Upon check-in, we noticed completely ruined chairs at the dining table. The leather was peeling off of them to the extend that there was no leather left in the middle. Curtains were so used that you could see the window through them. Walls were covered with scratches and black marks. Doors of the cupboard couldn't be closed properly. We left this disgusting place the same day and checked in in another hotel. Despite all that, the appartment manager didn't find any reasons for a refund. This place looks like and feels like a shelter rather than a hotel. It should be taken down from Expedia website.

The apartment itself is very good! Spacious, modern facilities, comfortable, clean, well located. Could walk to Hyde Park and Palace etc easily. But if you think it’s managed by some professional apartment company you are wrong. Check in was a mess. We got 3 different instructions from 3 different booking platforms. Hotels.com, Stayz and London apartments. It was so confusing we thought we were being scammed and double booked or charged! Finally we called someone to let us in after waiting over an hour. They supply only basics, like toilet paper. No rubbish bags, tissues or anything else. WiFi passwords didn’t work nor did door Codes. Had to constantly ask for assistance. When it came time to check out cleaner was knocking on door 15 minutes before our time wanting to come in and clean before we even left. Whole place is run on minimum service maximum profit. Would not recommend for single women as street full of dodgy men. Great place but poor service.

Our stay was rather unpleasant: the facilities were substandard as was some of the customer service. I strongly advise you to not stay here. Major issues: -left standing on street for 20 minutes with luggage and 5 children--had to breath cigarette smoke--despite 24 hrs, 1 hr, and 30 minutes notice of arrival -no lasting hot water...not working on arrival day despite maintenance attempts (prevented all of us from bathing in the evening) and the only person that had time to show in the morning had to do so with only cold water -water dripping from the ceiling and puddling on the floor in the main bedroom after shower -mystery water leak in main bathroom between shower and toilet -no locks on any windows Minor issues: -water stains on ceiling in main bedroom and main bathroom -small dirty spots in various locations in main bathroom -missing hand soap in a bathroom (later brought it) -missing body gel and shampoo in main bathroom (later brought it) -no trashbag in main bathroom -uneven floor tiles in main bedroom Several of these issues could have been prevented. Others show failure to properly maintain the property. Maintenance came twice to work on the hot water. Initially they were perplexed but eventually reset the boiler, resulting in hot water production. But both times the hot water stopped less than 5 minutes later when the shower was turned on, so all but one person couldn't shower. No hot water for anyone's shower. We requested a partial refund but were denied.

Great location. Lots of shops handy and tube station within 5 mins walk. Good communication with host.

Check in prior to 3pm was not possible, but this was communicated by staff. Area was run down but the apartment itself was pleasant.

Todo muy limpio, la zona no es la mejor pero tiene el subway a 20m, el único detalle es el sillón cama que está verdaderamente en los palos, urge su renovación, por lo demás todo excelente

No hot water .we couldn't take a shower.....

L'accès au logement est proposé plus tôt mais finalement beaucoup d'attente L'appartement était conforme à l'annonce mais la propreté pourrait être mieux

Great service and staff

Very average fittings. No hanging rail in main bedroom wardrobe. No light bulbs in bedside table lights. Poor quality furniture, particularly in bedrooms. The property was however clean.

Everything was well organized, I like the service

We were told to ring half hour before so someone can meet us to let us in. I rang half hiur before to let them know. We got to the apartment at 7pm and no one was there. So i rang and said someone is on there way. 20minutes later i rang again and said someone shouls be there any minute. 15minutes past and still no one. Rang the third time and they said the same thing. I did make it clear i had 4 young kids and my wife standing outside all this time. After the 3rd phone call we were waiting another 10minutes before anyone arrived. Thats 45minutes we were waiting outside in the cold with 4 young children. The apartment was nice but to be honest being stuck outside for that long really ruined our experience here.
