Best room we've ever had at this hotel. Super comfortable bed. Really enjoyed our stay. Impressive reception team. And they've binned the tacky parking charge. Wins all around

Realistically - the benefit for the hotel is solely that it’s close to the track and it’s relatively cheap. Besides that, having stayed a few times, it’s dirty, and cheap. My most recent stay included black mould in the bathroom and on shower head and a delightful sweaty/smokey smell from the AC. Hotel serves a purpose but no more than that.

Good stay. Bedroom was tired and worn in places, somewhat dusty in areas Service in the bar was slow at times Receptionist was nice and attentive Didn't agree with paying to park Spa treatment, although discounted wasn't worth the price and has left me aching today

Great room, loved bed and pillows

30min late for eggs to come out for breakfast. Had to pay for parking! Informed hotel it was my partners birthday but didn’t make an effort to do anything. Pool and spa very nice. Staff very friendly. Room was very comfortable. Slept well, lovely bed. Check out at 12 was nice.

I always stay here as it’s a great place when doing a track day with Opentrack.co.uk at brands hatch. Just 50 meters from the front gates it’s perfect. Staff are always welcoming and nothing is to much bother.

Reception is always busy with long waits but the hotel staff are all friendly! The newly laid flooring in the saunas is great! I will keep coming back to stay as it is always a pleasurable experience

Stay away

The staff was super nice and helpful. Food was very good, nice pool area and great gym.

Comfortable room

Quick check in, clean room, used the pool for a quick dip. Good price for the night that I stayed but the price on other nights was prohibitive

1. Arrived Sunday evening for a 3 night stay. We ate in the restaurant the 1st night. There were only 2 or 3 tables occupied at the time we arrived. Asked to sit near the open door as it was very warm but told they were set for breakfast. However later others were seated in that area. It took 40 minutes for our food order to be taken. Our bill was reduced by the manager but that wasn't the point. We were told they were short of staff but that isn't our problem. 2. Although, not the hotels fault I was woken up just after midnight by voices this went on for a while. Then it was yes, yes, yes, so you can image what was going on in the room next door. Following this the couple appeared to be arguing. 3. Tuesday morning woke up to find there was NO hot water to shower. Appears there was an issue 4. Tuesday evening arrived back at the hotel around 10am after spending the whole day clearing out a family relation house who had passed away. Only to find our room hadn't been serviced. Someone had been in to take the towels but only left 1 bath & hand towel. The cups were rinsed. The bathroom shower wasn't cleaned, nor the bin emptied and the bed wasn't made. This was supposedly a Deluxe Room, no bedside lights or a place to put anything in a draw. Good point the bed was comfy and the walk-in shower good when you had hot water. Would I stay here again, NO I wouldn't recommend it. If you have to stay in the area then you are better off staying at the BrandsHatch Place Hotel & Spa

Our meal was excellent. Best Indian meal we’ve had for a long time. Amy and the other staff were friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend!

Food options were limited in the bar, my partner chose a curry for 18 pounds which just came out as a curry on its own, no rice, no naan or poppadoms. 18 pounds for curry on its own is a lot and there wefe no options on the memu to add any sides to go wirh it so we assumed it came with it all. Bed was very hard and you could feel fhe springs digging into you. Our room was near the entrancw to the gym and the pool so we were woken up myltiple times early in the morning for people accessing that

I stayed in one of the closest rooms to the track… Excellent.

Al netto di qualche piccola pecca nella pulizia della stanza (letto e bagno erano okay, ma abbiamo trovato MM's sul pavimento...), la stanza era comoda e con vista sull'ingresso dell'autodromo, arredata in stile racing e piuttosto silenziosa. Siamo rimasti solo una notte di passaggio, per cui non abbiamo sfruttato Spa e altri servizi, ma tutto sommato, e considerando anche l'ottimo prezzo, un'esperienza che rifarei

Booked 2 nights for a superior room which was not as advertised - much smaller, not even a fridge in the room! Room claimed to have soundproofed walls as well and this was definitely not the case! The whole hotel itself was very unclean, build up of dust on the bed, carpet, webs etc other guests room service and alcoholic beverages half full left outside in corridors for long periods of time. The gym is ok, however a couple of machines were out of use, they have spin and yoga classes but the reception staff don’t know much information and redirect you to the spa website, the spa website is useless and just offers a membership? The pool is a lot smaller than the photo shows and gets very busy due to spa guests. There’s nothing local, not even a shop, you have to drive to Swanley which is a sh*thole. I imagine lots of people stay for Brands Hatch which is suitable for them but this was not the reason for our stay. Overall, I would not stay again.
