Small room. and cockroaches. Too soft bed mat

I have never stayed at a dirtier place in my life. The floors and walls are very dirty. There is mold and the furniture was old and dirty. We met the new owner and he was very nice. He said that they were about to renovate the whole place. We could hear people walk, talk and have sex. The shower had boiling hot water and the internet was bad

This is my first negative review of a property. Stayed 4 nights and regretted booking this property run by Stayz. I am pretty easy going but this property got on my nerves every day. Requested towels and were promised them 3 times but they never showed up. 4 days and only 2 bath towels total for 2 people during the entire stay. The property is run down and the pictures do not reflect the actual unit at all. Very, very small and the bathroom even smaller. Could barely turn around or bend over to brush your teeth in the soup bowl-sized sink. The mattress curves like a boomerang and is as thin as camping foam. The unit is 3 floors above the ground level so if stairs are an issue, this is not the place for you. I have stayed in better hostels and paid half the price. I'm very disappointed that hotels.com even includes a property like this in their offerings. The only positive about this property is where it is located. Great neighbourhood with easy access to 3 tube stops and great pubs, stores and restaurants close by. Overall. I strongly suggest avoiding this property and the company that runs it.

Everyone was fantastic. All of our concerns were addressed right away. Manager was lovely. Highly recommend.

I gave this property two stars because it was cheap and the location was convenient for us for a single night. Otherwise I wouldn't even bother to give one star, it's totally run down and neglected, needs some serious refurbishment and tlc to make it welcoming.
