丁寧な対応のスタッフで、安心出来ました。 冷蔵庫が無かったことが残念ポイントです。

Very good location, friendly staff and good breakfast. Two weak points was weak Wifi and weak shower.

Room was in excellent condition. Bed really comfortable. Breakfast very good - lots of choices.

Air on doesn’t work properly so the room was very hot! The bathroom stank…I think it’s drains but it was awful! Bed was comfy! Manager at check in was very friendly - the other staff don’t talk or look at anyone!

Wasn’t up to the Marriott standards. It was okay but nothing special. Clean room. Courteous check in and check out.

Friendly staff, easy check in

No parking as builders have taken over the small parking area behind the hotel. Parked in multi storey which worked out £15 a night. Reception wasn’t the best. Wanted to check ID which I’ve never had before. Lots of building work on exterior of building causing lots of noise.

No fridge in room, the window would not open, elevator broken, hotel overpriced

Very good stay in Southampton. Our room was comfortable and very clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful, would recommend.

Great room, close to where we needed to be

Very centrally located right beside cinema and excellent mall, family room was spacious and clean. Only minutes from cruise terminal taxi was £8 charge.

Room was a bit small, but overall great location and excellent value for money.

Overall, this is a nice hotel with comfortable rooms and a fun, friendly feel. The lobby area is basically a bar with one section set aside for the reception desk, so it can get busy and noisy here, but it is funky and has space for breakfast. The room we had was a decent size but had almost no storage space. The bathroom was also a decent size and practical. However, we went nearly a full day without hot water, which was a shock, but staff was friendly in explaining the situation, and it was a minor inconvenience since we spent most of that day out exploring the city. A bigger inconvenience was that one of the two elevators was out of service for the entirety of our stay, and that meant waiting for a long time when trying to move to/from rooms with luggage. For a hotel with six floors, that was problematic. Still, the location of the hotel is fantastic, being across the street from shopping and many restaurants plus within view of the old city walls, plus it is a short walk to the cruise port (although we noticed many people chose to wait for taxis). I would say that the hotel is not perfect, but that does not mean I wouldn’t go back.

Disappointed that there was no pizza bases available at dinner, nor was there any Mozarella sticks. Menu for dinner was very limited

the staff was very courteous and our room was very clean. however, there was no telephone in the room and no chair to sit on. the breakfast offered superb danish and good coffee, but was not unusual otherwise. i prefer to be waited on, rather than have a self-serve buffet, and, i did not like that we were expected to buss our own tables. we also had to transport our luggage to and from the room on carts that were provided. the hotel was well located about a five minute drive from the cunard terminal, and a five minute walk from a small, enclosed shopping center that had several run-of-the-mill eating establishments. the bathroom was small but adequate. elevator sevice needs improvement for the number of rooms. this hotel is in no way like a marriot branded hotel that you would expect.
