Very bad guest service, great looking hotel but super dissapointed by the rest.

Lovely boutique hotel, rooms were excellent and staff fab. Great location too, short walk to all the shops. Would definitely stay again

Room was lovely although the bathroom flooded when you had the shower on full. Breakfast was lovely. Shame that the restaurant wasn’t open in the evening & that room service wasn’t available however this didn’t spoil the stay.

The room was what I would describe as pure comfort luxury. We loved staying at the Park and my only regret was that it wasn’t for longer. One thing I would advise is booking ahead for the restaurant as we didn’t and it was booked on the Saturday evening when we arrived.

All good…high attention to detail, which makes all the difference for me.. good sized room with a traditional copper bath. Very high quality cooked breakfast and excellent espresso. !

Very lovely stay, the staff were helpful and attentive. The room was amazing and super clean, it had a roll top bath in the room nice touch. Food and drinks were lovely from breakfast to the evening meal we had. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely traditional room and showerroom. Great bed and loved the port. Excellent TV sound and entertainment

Staff were super helpful and polite.

"Everything was great. The only thing I would change is the order of the appliances on the shelf. The coffee machine is at the very top, and if you don’t know this type perfectly, you have to step on a chair to get it running."

Overall a very nice stay and glad we booked, lovely food and parking was ok, staff all nice and polite, small negatives were the beds weren't the best and had a split bed with lack of mattress protector so felt like you kept sliding down the middle of the bed in between the two single mattresses then water pressure on shower and toilet was making noises occasionally and sometimes would loose pressure altho didn't cause any major issues, also wish they had of put us on a lower floor and informed us we would be on a high up floor as there was no mention of this until we got there and luckily we had no mobility issues but I'm not good with heights and it is quite high up. Saying that we would return as overall we had a nice stay

Such a lovely hotel. The room (10) had a big wow factor. I forgot we were in a chain - the hotel and room have a proper boutique feel to them. I honestly can’t fault a thing about our stay and have already recommended to friends.

The most wonderful stay. Lots of attention paid to the small details, such as mini rocky road bites in our room on arrival. Would definitely return and recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Staff were amazing and very helpful! It was a short 10 minute walk into town and property itself was just beautiful! Breakfast and dinner were delicious! Highly recommend!

Delightful spot with well appointed room, amazing design and charming dining room and bar. Great stop on business in Cheltenham. Wish I had more time to enjoy the amenities. Will return!

After a two week tour of the Cotswolds staying in a different hotel each evening this one was an absolute standout. The welcome gifts were delicious. The service was outstanding really in every way. Topping everything was the exceptional dinner we had in the dining room. I will dine and stay here every chance I get. Do not miss it!
