Good location with quiet environment

新しいホテルで設備、清潔さ共に良かったです。ただ地下鉄の駅からは、少し距離があります。

中心地、地下鉄の駅からは少し離れてますが、ビッグベンも散歩圏内でコスパの高いホテルでした。

Right by Thames River. Can enjoy jogging by the river. Food was also great. Room was stylish and clean.

The hotel was very accommodating to the needs of me and my father since we are both disabled.

Very clean, walkable to most major attractions, staff friendly and helpful would definitely stay again if ever back in this area.

Pretty good location but the neighborhood is a bit sketchy, especially at night. The restaurant is pricey and the food is just okay. The beds were comfortable though and the bathrooms were good. Lots of clean towels. Air conditioning was really good as well.

Ame la ubicación! Si quieres moverte caminando al Parlamento o a Elizabeth Tower, estás a unos minutos. Si quieres ir más lejos, estás súper conectado con el bus y con el metro. Está súper ubicado para ir a cualquier parte de la ciudad en transporte público. Las habitaciones impecables, el servicio súper amable. Comimos en el restaurant y muy rico, el bar perfecto también. En el lobby tienen un pequeño cuartito con juguetes para niños pequeños, así que eso ayuda. Sin duda me quedaría ahí cada vez que esté en Londres

The rooms were very quiet even when the hotel was buzzing with activity. The English breakfast was plentiful and excellent The showers were very nice. The glass separating the sleeping area and the shower can be be fogged and unfogged which was interesting. I would recommend this hotel for couples and fun seekers.

The property was in great area but nearest tube station was 10 minutes away so be ready to walk if planning to use local transportation

This property was only 15 minutes walking to the Big Ben, Parlamento, Eye of London, the room were clean, but the first room that they give us the restroom was small, the door doesn’t close and the water coming out, we talked and they change to another room much better, they don’t let you coming check in early, we have to wait to 3:00pm sharp for check in, the hotel have breakfast very good for 20 pounds. In overall that was a good option for staying in London

This hotel was exceptional. Very clean. Staff was friendly and professional. Location of this hotel is very convenient. It is very close (walkable) to many London sites but not in the busy tourist areas. Highly recommend.

In general was everything good, just the breakfast buffet was to poor of options

Muy buen hotel, desayuno delicioso. ubicación, excelente. todos los días que estuvimos llovió, tienen renta de paraguas por dos Pounds por dos días, eso nos ayudó mucho.
