全部で7部屋しかない（？）小さなホテルでとてもアットホームなもてなしを受けられました。新婚さんのための部屋ではないかと思われる2人部屋で3人で宿泊。とても快適でした。 朝食は手作りの典型的な English Breakfirst でベーコンの塩加減も適度でとても美味しい。 残念ながら雨の日だったのであたりを散歩することもできませんでしたが、レストラン The Bargeman’s Rest が近くにあってとてもおいしい。

We had a nice stay, Hotels.com duped us a bit as they said breakfast was included yet it wasn’t! Trying to take this up with them unsuccessfully so we won’t book through them again!

An hotel which is being developed and upgraded. I stayed in a loft room which was at the top os steep stairs. Good breakfast

Good location. Dated facilities. Did not have clothes dryer (tumbler) as advertised. Small double bed. Small television.

Computer system was not working on check in so was unsure of room booked and what they had available. Not the boutique hotel as described more a B&B above a tea room. No staff available from 7pm to 6:30am. Breakfast only on request from 6:30am and limited menu compared to cafe. Bed ok but surprised to have filing cabinets as side table. Small bathroom and shower opening was tight. Quiet room at the back overlooking the pretty garden.

The aesetheticsvof the hotel was good, but my room was cold and not comfortable

The ensuite apartment is located at another building, just 2 mins walk from the reception. it is well equipped and very beautiful decoration. We had good time staying here. My mistake I overlooked that breakfast is not included, and it is not allowed to pay extra for the breakfast which disappointed us.

My fiancée and I recently had the most wonderful stay in Newport. The building itself is truly stunning, steeped in history that added a unique charm to our experience. Beyond the beautiful architecture, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We were also particularly impressed with their breakfast service – the selection and quality were truly outstanding and a delightful start to each day. We left feeling refreshed and with fantastic memories of our time here. Highly recommend for a truly special and memorable stay!

A little gem, beautifully appointed throughout. Room 10 comes with a large pink bathroom which includes a bath the length of which I had not yet encountered, a toilet built like a tank (double hinged toilet seat and cover) and a mahusive walk-in shower large enough to fit big foot. At breakfast (included) we opted for fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, a croissant (still warm and crispy) and well cooked full English with more options available. And yes, the beds are comfortable, I managed to clock 8hrs. Needless to say, I'll be back...

This was a lovely individual Hotel in a perfect location to explore the whole island. It has a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was truly wonderful. Thank you!

Lovely hotel in the centre of town. Really beautiful garden at the back where you can eat, have a cocktail or chill. Super convenient and the staff are super lovely and friendly.

A wonderfully relaxing stay and breakfast in the garden is such a treat. We’ll be back!
