部屋は少し狭く、古かったですが、アールヌーボーのインテリアも楽しかったです。アメニティ（シャンプー、シャワージェル、石鹸など）はオーガニック系で良い香りに癒されました（コンディショナーはありません）。しかし、何といってもスタッフが素晴らしかったです。フロントも、朝食のサービスも、果てはシェフまでいつもにこやかで、誰にでも気持ち良く接していました。場所は繁華街から少し離れているのですが、逆に静かで良いかもしれません。ビーチまではすぐです。機会があれば、また行きたいと思います。

Location was excellent, right off James Street, with plenty of restaurants, pubs, grocery stores nearby. Also close to the beach promenade and Palace Pier. The hotel is on the older side, but still very comfortable, good hot water, great mattress. Owner Claudia was always available to answer questions and gove recommendations. Thanks for helping me with my suitcase!

L'emplacement est parfait car on visite Brighton à pied et Kempton a de bons restaurants. L'accueil a été sympathique et la déco dans la chambre et dans l'hotel en général est originale. Le gros bémol est la peinture du mur dans la chambre côté fenêtre qui tombe, il y en avait sur la moquette, sur une petite table ... étant asthmatique et allergique, je n'ai pas trouvé cela healthy. L'autre bémol sont les vieilles fenêtres (sans double vitrage) avec des contours en vieux bois qui n'isolent pas du tout du bruit. En conclusion, belle hôtel bien situé avec un bon prix mais des travaux de peintures sont à faire, et un changement de fenêtre serait également à prévoir.

Perfect service perfect room

The room was clean, the staff were really helpful. Charlotte was super helpful and lovely. The single room felt homely. The bathroom was very clean. It was nice and quiet which was exactly what I needed. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The only thing I'd say is the mattress was very springy and dipped in the middle so I think a new mattress may be better. Apart from that it was lovely and I definitely would stay here again. Thank you so much

Warm welcome

Yes shops, bars, restaurants nearby, the room clean with all the facilities you would require from iron & ironing board, plenty tea/coffee, water shower gel, shampoo. Also fast wifi i was in the small double which was so peaceful and hardly heard any noise from others at the property. Charlotte was lovely and wouldn't hesitate in booking here if im in the area again.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The room worked since it was a quick stay for us but I wouldn't stay longer than two nights. The room was very small and no elevator which is fine since we are able bodied. The bathroom smelt muggy which wasn't great and our window opened up but onto a dark courtyard with a lot of pigeons. That being said there are many other rooms and the experience could be very different in them.

Everything was clean and tidy. A quaint room on the top floor. A very warm welcome from Charlotte of Charlotte Street. I think in all my years of staying in the UK going to many gigs Charlotte has to be the most genuinely friendly and most beautiful person I have met. Only one minor thing the shower didn’t have much power. I have just changed a booking to stay there next time I’m in Brighton. You also get discounts at local eateries

Clean and updated room and furnishings in an original style. Good access to the town, seafront and local eateries. Our room would not have been suitable for individuals with mobility issues, but I seem to remember that was in the hotel blurb. It wasn't a problem for us.

Honestly felt I might have been taking a bit of a risk booking a room at the price I paid for my stay as a woman travelling on her own but found the room to be peaceful and well kitted out and the staff really lovely and helpful. The area is terrific and was only a few minutes walk from the event I had come to attend. Thanks so much folks!

A nice 2 day break away, loads to see and do. Accommodation adequate for our requirements. Would stay again the girls are lovely.

Spent a couple of nights on a solo trip to Brighton stopping at the Paskins Townhouse as a change from going to a chain hotel. Townhouse is a couple of minutes from the sea front (could see the sea from the window) and about 10mins walk from the main Brighton Pier. Townhouse itself had a gothic type feel to it with the 'Deluxe' room I opted for overlooking the Main Street on the first floor. Room was spacious with a large flat screen TV, while room had an old world feel to it, it was relaxing, large bed was comfortable. With the seafront at the bottom of the street, at the other end round the corner at the top of the street is a road with pubs and various cuisine restaurants on it. As well as the Pier being 10mins walk away, the Royal Pavillion and excellent 'The Lanes' shopping and entertaining area about 15mins walk so all close enough for a leisurely walk out. I arrived in Brighton by Train and having not been to the city before It was a walk of about 20/30mins to get to the Townhouse so everything is within easy walking distance so a good location to explore.

I had a sweet little room with all facilities. Everything was clean and tidy and the welcome was friendly. It was quiet I didn't see anybody at all while I was there and sat in the lovely communal lounge in delicious solitude. It is an older building so there was some creaking of floor boards from the room above Very close to walk to Kemp Town which I loved. Such interesting shops, so colorful with all sorts of independent eating places. I had a good breakfast at the Lanes Hotel on the sea front at the end of Charlotte street as unfortunately the recommended café where I was looking forward to eat had shut down. Overall I had a lovely short break.

The room was very small for 3 of us staying for 2 nights and getting ready was a tight squeeze, we had only abit of toilet roll when arriving and when we went to boil the kettle it was very dirty there was already tea bags in there, and it was very dusty on the window shelves and we was put right up the top of stairs with a tight squeeze getting up there with our bags and no help around

Staff are kind., considerate, really helpful and helped with everything. Thank you
