Lovely powerful shower, fabulous cooked breakfast and friendly hosts….will be staying again in the future

Comfortable room with everything we needed. Located in a quiet part of town and ideally located for travelling further afield in what is a beautiful area. Hosts were absolutely lovely and couldn't have been more helpful.

Our hosts could not do more to make us feel welcome and share their vast knowledge of the local area with us. They provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants, attractions and must sees while visiting. We especially appreciated the attention to detail in our room and during our daily breakfast service. Being in a residential area meant it was quiet and made it feel more like a home away from home. We absolutely would not hesitate to stay here again. If you are in the area we would highly recommend a stay here.

The stay was everything I had hoped it would be. very attentive host and lots of information about the surrounding area.

This is the second time we have had a fabulous weekend staying at Plumpton Court. A superb B&B based in the village of Nawton, located between Helmsley and Pickering. In the village there is a good pub called The Rose and Crown offering a good selection of food and drinks, including Sunday lunches. No food served on Monday and Tuesday. There is also a very good Indian restaurant in the village called Fusion Spice, we opted for our evening meal on Monday evening. At Plumton Court the bedrooms are well presented with comfortable beds, and tea/coffee making facilities. Chris the host is very attentive, and our breakfast on both mornings was delicious. Car Parking is provided at the rear of the property.

We enjoyed a fabulous two night break over the May Day weekend. Plumpton Court is a beautiful property, with lovely hosts. The attention to detail was very good, along with the breakfast we had both mornings. Our room was lovely with a comfortable large bed, and ensuite with walk in shower cubicle. All the bedrooms were given a name. Our room was called Windy Gill. Car Parking at the rear of the property, set in a lovely garden. Plumpton Court is ideally located for Helmsley, Pickering or further afield Scarborough, Malton, and several local beautiful villages. There is a pub in the village of Nawton, The Rose and Crown, serves decent food and carvery on a Sunday. There is also an Indian restaurant, we did not go in for a meal, but seems to have a decent reputation. There is also a fish and chip shop in the village. I would definitely recommend Plumpton Court. We will be returning for sure!

A great stay and well looked after, perfect!

Chris and Jenny were such friendly and inviting hosts.It was an absolute pleasure to stay at the plumpton court guest house. We stayed for three nights and each morning the breakfast was amazing. Also the young lady serving breakfast in the morning was very polite.

Hospitable host, very clean and comfortable, delicious breakfast, what more could we ask for. We would recommend this B&B.

The property is in a great area, there is plenty of parking, the rooms are spotless, the breakfast is wonderful. Chris is great company and very knowledgeable about the area. Would definitely stay here again.

What a lovely hotel with the friendliest host couple who cannot do enough for you. Nothing is too much trouble. Very attentive throughout breakfast will definitely stay here again if we are ever in this part of Yorkshire again

In between Helmsley and Pickering Plumpton Court was perfect for our short break in the North York Moors. We were checked in by Jenny and could tell straight away that they;d taken all necessary precautions. Breakfast was wonderful!
