Avoid this hotel. Dirty, Loud and people trying your door during the night 3 times someone tried my door handle on my room to try get in my room. Guy on reception very strange. Just gave my friend his key but escorted me to my room and wouldn’t give me the key until he had opened the door.

Pleasantly surprised with the stay (room 11), basic room/hotel but for the price cannot complain. In a great location with a free car park

Good value for money, perfect location

Parking was fine and appeared safe. Room was very basic but not expensive. The one member of staff that I saw was very pleasant and made light of my deafness. There was plenty of hot water for a bath. I have no complaints.

This is a hotel that has No Human touch. Be very careful with their state of the art license plate camera system.

Did what it said on the tin, other than booking said breakfast was included and they dont do breakfast!

Beds were comfortable and the room clean however the shower leaked, silicon was black with mould, same round the toilet and the room smelled of smoke when we arrived.

No electricity so unable to make a cup of tea. Unable to have a shower. Unable to charge phones. No lights so unable to read. No television due to no electricity. So stay in hotel ruined

Excellent value for money

One of the best stays and in a beautiful city

Staff were helpful but the rooms were very basic. Very noisy ad on main Road

stayed 5 nights and it was ok for what i paid, great location in a lovely town

I liked the location - central to the town I didn’t like the blocked sink, the blocked shower drain, the size of the shelf above the sink which ment that you couldn’t access the sink to clean teeth or wash face

Location great for town and next to Morrisons. Road noise not an issue as the traffic eases at 8ish. Very quiet in night. Super safe private parking. Own entry to rooms at back. I'd stay again - great value.

The location was excellent. Morpeth is a beautiful town and everything is within easy walking distance of the Premier Lodge. My only criticism is that the Lodge is a red brick building and looks nothing like the photo. Nothing wrong with it though.
