The welcome food (fruit, cookies, etc.) was appreciated. The room was clean, but the dishwasher was not working properly and I couldn't use it properly. The bus stop was nearby, which was convenient for commuting. The manager's service was very good.

レディング駅から徒歩で10分ほどで、レディング大学からバスでかえる21番では、ホテルの前がバス停でとても助かました。

部屋にエアコンが無いので夏場の温度調節は窓を開ける事になる。洗濯機や食器洗浄器、洗剤まで揃っていて、ファシリティは充実。隣接する道路は11:00～16:00しか通行出来ず、それ以外の時間帯は違反キップが切られるので、車でくる人は注意が必要。近所の商業施設のパーキングに車を停める事になった。

ジョン・ルイスというデパートのすぐ裏だったが、間口が狭くひっそりと立て看板があるだけだったので見つけられず、通行人複数に聞いても誰も知らなくて右往左往させられた。 部屋はゆったりとしていてのびのび過ごせたが、掃除を1週間に一度しかしてもらえないので7泊した私としては気持ち悪かった。ゴミも同様で、こちらは部屋の前にゴミ箱を出せばよいようだった。 電子レンジ、オーブン、トースター、鍋、食器各種、食洗機、洗濯機及び洗剤は揃っていた。 調理したい人は調味料、オイルは各自で用意する必要がある。 他のレビューにあるよう騒音は凄かった！最初の2日間は夜7時から11時くらいまで工事現場のようなガシャーンという音が連続して聞こえ落ち着けなかった。深夜になると広場で若者が大きな声で話すので耳栓をしていても起こされた。 ただ、ベッドには快眠シートがあったため熟睡できた。途中、起こされてもまた眠ることが出来た。 オラクルという大型ショッピングセンターの一角にあるため何かと便利な立地だった。ジョン・ルイスの表側はハイストリート（歩行者天国）でマークス＆スペンサーというスーパーやお店がたくさんあって便利だった。 レセプションの人ががコロコロ変わり、ハウスキーピングも含め人種差別する人が多かったので不愉快だった。

部屋はいろんなタイプがあり、1名で長期滞在だと少し割高ですが 2名で2ベッドルームにすると1名辺りのコスパが良いです。 あと、キッチンはリビングと別々になっているのでルームシェアできる感じにはなっています。

大型のショッピングモールが近く（徒歩1分圏内）にあり、非常に便利です。 ただ、モールに近いのもあり外の音は大きいので 短期滞在はお勧めできますが長期滞在の場合はもう少し離れたところの方が良いかもしれません。

Excellent location . Pleasant staff. Clean but the room has a weird chemical smell . The bedroom is very small while the living area is unnecessarily big !! The lift was out order throughout our 9-day stay .

I stayed here on the 14.12 .25to 16.12 .25the FIRST room we were given was ok up until the toilet flush broke and was dripping continually. So after a phone call to the reception who had finished for the day we were moved to a different room. The lift was broken and not fixed in those 3 days so it was a slog getting up 5 flights after a knee operation. Condensation in the room was basically dripping off the sill onto the headboard,a puddle in the morning. Other stays have been half decent but this was appalling. Welcoming staff nice though

I am completing this form from Italy, the next step on our trip. Unfortunately, this site wants me to fill out the review in Italian, which I cannot do. There doesn't seem to be a way of changing that to English. Premier Suites in Reading gave us a very large apartment, well equipped, pleasant staff and good value. If you are driving, getting to the hotel involves a hellish one-way system and the entrance is not well sign-posted for the car park. You will be seeing a lot of Reading, several times over.

Stayed here a few times, but disappointed to find absolutely no cutlery whatsover. Also a couple of pans but no frying pan etc. Apartment was nice and roomy and I was in the annexe building right by the town centre. Location excellent!

There are a couple of things prospective guests should know. The property is near a bar that closes very late and whose patrons like to get out into the garden and make a lot of noise after midnight. This happened all four nights we stayed and it seems that the bar shuts at 3 or 4 AM. The noise may not affect all suites, but it certainly did ours and our travelling companions. Also, the lift was broken for the 4 days we stayed and the hotel is asking maintenance staff to carry bags up, which they are clearly not happy about.

The best things about Premier Suites are the excellent location a block from the town center and the excellent accomodating staff. The elevator was out of service during our stay and the very kind desk attendant immediately offered to change our room from the top level to the 1st floor.

Our stay was amazing. We stayed to go to the reading festiabl and it was brilliantly located 10 min walk to the train station. And abouve a mall wirh so many shops and parking!! Will definitely be staying here again.

Apartment was spotless and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen facilities were good, but we didn't need to use much. There were a few bars & restaurants very close to the apartment. I did not see a supermarket (but did not venture far!) The roads around Reading town centre were a bit confusing and our sat nav wanted to avoid roads that were only for buses and black cabs but you need to drive through that zone to get to the apartments. If you are driving, please read all the info provided with the confirmation. It includes info that the hosts need to arrange a permit for you at least 24 hours in advance if you are arriving or leaving outside of certain hours. When we checked in, the host was aware of all the details I had provided and it went smoothly. The only improvement would have been if I could have received email confirmation they had made the permit arrangements etc. There is a phone number to call if you arrive and no one is at the reception desk. The check in and out was smooth. The hosts were friendly and efficient. Could not fault the apartment and facilities.
