Rude staff.no body.around if problems.nothing workt in the room.

As a contractor I stay away most of the year and I’ve stayed in some dives, That’s all I’m saying

Booked on the day and arrived at 14:30 to check in. I was advised that there were no rooms and to contact Hotels.com. I have tried and 3 occasions and not yet received a call back /email that was promised to resolve. NO refund as yet, no room provided!! I am extremely disgusted with the lack of customer service and difficulty o resolve. No room was provided despite payment going through!! I would be very unlikely to book through Hotels.com again!!

After an hours drive I went to check in and was told I had no room, no explanation no staff just a phone number with a very rude person on the other end of the phone who was not willing to help what so ever… I definitely do not recommend this hotel

The whole building wasn’t anything like the photos, it was a different place. When we mentioned this, the owner said we couldn’t stay! It was about 5pm, and we couldn’t get another room in the town. We stayed at the Queen’s Hotel, but they only had a single room for us, with the bathroom two floors down. We were booked for two nights, and the next morning while we were out, our things were moved to a double room, still two floor above the bathroom.
