An ok stay for one night, just know that it’s a little away from where things happen. Worked fine for me, used the tram, a 10-15 walk from hotel. And was the cheapest option when you order in last minute on a match day . You get what you pay for.

Staff are very helpful. Cheap Price I payed for a comfort room and it was lovely and cozy as if I was in someone's home! Don't expect too much from some where offering this price it's a steal with Manchester prices at the moment!

Cheap night stay which is what we needed. Place is tired but guessing you get what you pay more. 20 minutes walk to the AO Arena.

Dirty, noisy unfriendly accommodation. Specks of blood on bedside lamp, filthy shower, condom packets on reception desk. Strange non residents hanging around. Vary noisy banging throughout night until around 5am. Nobody at reception to report our concerns.

Lovely man on reception. Rooms were basic but you get what you pay for.

Excellent customer service by the guy on reception who sorted out a room misunderstanding and without a fuss it was done . Super helpful staff members make all the difference. Am uneventful stay and a good night's sleep

125 pounds is too much for that kind of hotel , never see a hotel that deux guests Charing one toilet

Towel was not clean and pillow cover was soiled and there is not hand wash in the washroom

We were let down by another apartment so booked this last minute. The man on reception was very helpful, the place wasnt great but it was warm and dry and somwhere for us to get a few hours sleep and we were very happy

Good Staff, but the room condition wasnt good, Broken Mattress which wasn’t changed and broken bathroom handle, low water pressure in the shower

I had to leave the property immediately after my daughter and I arrived to see the ghetto we had paid for . This place is truly appalling and Expedia should feel shamed for offering it to their unassuming clients . Although it appears by all the help that I haven't had from them that they don't give a toss !!!!

This place is absolutely disgraceful. Dirty, unsafe, dangerous. So bad that i only spent 10 minutes in the room before checking out. I told the guy on reception my concerns and he just said ok. Appalling place in a terrible location.

It was a cheap room booked last minute when we realised the event we were attending would finish after our last train home. The room wasn't great but its what we expected. The ensuite door didnt shut, the shower door was broken and the walls were very thin but it was cheaper than a taxi home.

The place is horrendous but you get what you pay for. Check in was easy and bed was clean and comfortable but that’s about it. Single glazed windows where two were stuck open (I stayed in November 29th!) If you literally need somewhere dry to sleep for a few hours after a night out in Manchester for dirt cheap I would recommend though.

So dirty, bed bugs and many of them walking on the walls The room smelled very bad, it was very cold, the sheets and blankets were not clean, I was not comfortable at all.
