Bed was awful, two beds pushed together, mattresses different heights, one mattress could feel every single spring. Public hair in shower tray, room 207 over looked where staff sit to have breaks, door to outside noisy opening and closing through the night, cigarette ends strewn everywhere. Not the cleanest view.

Fantastic service from the friendly reception team. Great choice at breakfast time and really delicious. Room was turned down as requested but no additional cleaning. Would return.

Check in at 3..room wasn't ready.. Which was fine as we were going straight to meet family. I advised reception that we would be back at 11pm. On return the room wasn't made up as a family room for 4.we had to remove the extra "bed from under the single bed. There was no bedding so I went to reception. The receptionist rook me in to the laundry room and asked what items I needed... The whole bedding set was required! He was confused as to what this consisted of as" I'm not housekeeping" a pillow and sheet from the shelf was followes by a duvet from the large pile of dirty sheets.. "this do" The condition of the duvet wasn't the best.. Stained and tears! Daughter slept with her blanket she brought from home! How can the night receptionist not understand what is needed in a guest room, he was busy talking to someone about there laptop tho!! Room in general needs refreshing... Especially the cobwebs around the window handles.

Luke checked us in and was welcoming and helpful. Rooms are great. Breakfast is really good too with plenty of choice.

Just off a motorway so it is convenient. Reception staff was nice both upon arrival and leaving. Surprised to read and sign the doc to say I could be charged for car park if I didn’t book directly - this was not mentioned before. I didn’t opt for breakfast so cannot comment but Executive room booked was spacious with two desks, Few stains and hair on pillows but otherwise okay, toilet and shower quite visibly appealing and clean and soap smelt great. Didn't explore around the property so can't comment. Had an extremely tiring 18 hour day and just as I was about to doze off, heard water dripping and found my coat sleeve wet. Too tired to wrap my headscarf and go to speak to Reception, I put a few towels there and put my coat elsewhere. Forgot to turn the heater down as was shivering when I got there so woke up in the middle of the night (my fault) and couldn't sleep for ages. Could hear doors closing in the middle of the night which kept waking me up despite not being a light sleeper. Had a severe headache in the morning due to exhaustion from day before and possibly disrupted sleep - forgot to update the staff there about the leakage whoops. Nice place but could be renovated a little and cleaner bed pillows etc. Nice staff.

I asked for a room with a bath as my partner has fibromyalgia and having a bath helps with pain but when it came to having a bath there was no plug so we had to improvise with a cup over the plug hole. The receptionist looked in all the empty rooms but they didn’t have a spare

A really decent recently refurbished hotel at decent prices.

Had a Terrible night staying here , was up scratching as theres dirty mattress and beddings would not recommend this hotel complete waste of money

Budget hotel but worth the price paid. Room ok but no plug by bed for phone charging.
