A great little find in Brixham, I contacted Pip before my arrival asking for a early check in and he was very obliging and when I did arrive early I was treated to an upgrade. A great location only 10 mins walk from the town centre. Fantastic breakfast and a great host. I will be sure to come here again if i am ever in Brixham or near by. Thanks Pip for making me feel so welcome.

This place suited my needs perfectly, it had ample parking and was within a 5 minute walk of the harbour. The owner was lovely and the rooms were beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. I also liked that there were sitting rooms downstairs, a large garden and summer house for guests to use. I will definitely be going back.

It was just an overnight stay with a friend to have a mini break and enjoy Brixham and Dartmouth , go for a walk and swim and eat delicious food

The hotel is in a great position, only a couple of minutes to walk to the Coastal Path, Marina and into the town.
PiP could not have been more helpful, and the room was very nice, with fabulous views.

Lovely welcome from Pip on arrival shown where to go for breakfast which was delicious Set off main road had a lovely garden area that guests could use. Room was lovely and tastefully decorated

Lovely place to stay close to the quayside area. We stayed in one of the cosy Crows Nest rooms at the top of the property. Good breakfast lovely breakfast. Thank you

Very welcoming. Our room was perfect. A nice sea view as well. The room and the en-suite were spotless. Breakfast, brilliant choices and very well presented.
The host(s) were friendly and very helpful.
An ideal guest house which we would definitely use again, and recommend.
