ホテルの受付の男性がホテルをクローズしてどこかに行ってしまい、チェックインできずに1時間以上も夜、ホテルの外で待たなくてはなりませんでした。もともとホテルの入り口がウナギの寝床のようにとても細く見つかりにくい場所で、しかも周りは飲食店が多いため酔っ払いに絡まれたりしました。最初に課金されるシステムでしたので「だまされた？」と思い近くにあった警察に相談しました。警察が何度電話しても受付の男性は電話に全く出ず、ようやくホテルの部屋に入れたのは夜の12時でした。ホテルの受付の男の人は謝罪もせずに、「お前が来るのが遅い」ですとか悪態をつき、今まで泊まったホテルの中で1番失礼な態度でした。ホテルの室内はブティックホテルでおしゃれな感じではありますが、エレベーターはありません。ホテルの値段の価値は全くないです。ロンドンで、怖い・不快な思いをしました。

Tatty, tired, heating on full all night with no way to turn it off and balcony door wouldn’t open so I had zero fresh air. TV signal was poor and kept switching off. I checked in on the later side and left early so there was no one on reception to report this too. Also woke up with a few bites on my shoulder which is concerning. Conveniently located close to Liverpool St station. I didn’t find it noisy at all, shower was decent, but wouldn’t stay here again.

Very tired and could do with a lick of paint. All floor boards creak. Bathroom cabinet needs replacing. No where to hang wet bath towels.

Check in - I was not asked for ID or proof of reservation. I could have been anyone asking about the reservation! Not convinced by the safety or security of the reservation.

Perfect location

Not as advertised, most of the thing in the room were broken. Light switch, curtains, door, bathtub door, …

Very close to Liverpool Street, balcony was nice to have. Helpful staff.

Door to patio could not be locked and security concern

Paid extra to stay in suite with balcony but views were of the building next to it . Door didn’t lock properly which had been mentioned on previous post . Few lights out and floorboards were really creaky would not have wanted to be in apartment beneath !!!

Close to Liverpool St Station and reasonable price, but a tired room in a tired property on top of shops/bars so noise was an issue. The aircon wasn't working so windows were open - meaning a wake up call at 5.30am from the binmen outside. Bedside lights and hairdryer didn't work. You get what you pay for I guess......

God beliggenhed i travlt område med mange restauranter. En del støj fra pubber og vejen udenfor om aftenen og natten samt støj fra trappen og de andre værelser. Værelset trænger til renovering.

Fantastic value for money, clean and comfortable with great space

La posizione della struttura è eccellente, nel complesso la stanza è discreta, purtroppo era impossibile regolare la temperatura dell'acqua della doccia, troppo fredda o ustionante.

My only issue with the place was the noise from other rooms, so much that it was even making the bed wobble with noise vibrations. The only way you're going to get any sleep is with a good set of sleep ear plugs. Especially as the dustbin lorry arrives at 04:30 to collect the pub opposite's empty bottles.

I have never ever had to leave a property mid stay (I travel every week across the UK for work). I was so uncomfortable at this property for so many reasons I couldn't bear it and left after 2 miserable night Shoddy from floor to ceiling...tatty everywhere, everything needs to be replaced. Poor facilities that aren't up to a 4 class standard Noisy, cistern on toilet knackered. No hot running water in kitchen No water provided and tap ran tepid Disgusting old sponge that many many other guests had previously used Only 1 pan provided, no utensils provided Floorboors so incredibly noisy Toiletries not as described Whole place needs to be stripped out and started again Staff were friendly and helped me with my case However after night 2 with no sleep due to cistern, I checked out. I raised a refund request for the 2 remaining nights with hotels.com and the manger is refusing to refund anything. they say I should have raised these issues with them....my leaky cistern at 1am?? No staff on site between 11am and 9am. And they weren't going to completely refund what they described as their best flat in a day. I travel solo for business, I need to feel safe and with basic comforts ...I wish I'd booked a Travelodge I wish I'd read some of the other reviews and saved myself the misery and cost. Hopefully I can save someone else having the same issue.

The property had everything I needed in the room (Iron, fridge, comfy bed and easy walk to Liverpool Street station). The "rain shower" was too big for the small bathroom, but my stay was fine.

The shower completely stopped working at around 7:50am yesterday! Front door and balcony door both couldn’t latch fully. Toilet flush didn’t work well too. I have videos taken of these points too.

It was a cozy place

Room was small but ok as I only needed somewhere to sleep. Very convenient location just around the corner from the office. Reason I gave a low rating was because there was mould in the shower, the toilet didn’t flush properly and it was so noisy when people above walked it woke me up.

Om mycket trevligt litet hotell med mycket bra läge. Vi har bott här under ett antal tillfällen och kommer gärna tillbaka.
