It is a very good hotel.

Second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. Always a great experience

Hotel was easy to find. The location was in the town center. The receptionist was very professional and helpful. the rooms were very clean and tidy

Nice building and staff.

The room, the bed all excellent only thing that we didn’t like were the pillows too hard for both of us, but otherwise I’d stay again.

Was very clean and modern. Ideal place to stay if going theatre royal . Less than 5mins walk . If booking to see another show would definitely stay here again.

Clean, nice room. The stuff was nice. Excellent morning coffee with croissants. The rooms are very well equipped. The only thing is maybe that rooms facing the road are a bit loud.

Easy checkin even at 11pm. Lovely bed. Lovely shower. Central location. Room has a very nice kitchenette. Handy if staying a few days.

Handy place to stay close to shops, bars, etc.

Wish I had found this hotel when my daughter started University. So convenient ! Underground secure parking

Although the staff was lovely, our room had issues. First of all, our room kept losing power repeatedly and during the night the a/c and lights did not work. So, we had to change rooms. Also, the shower kept alternating hot and cold.

Stayed for 2 nights. Working away from home. Will book again

The people, place and clean were excellent

Seen a few mixed reviews online but unsure why after staying. Room was clean, a little dusty but smelled nice upon arrival and was very spacious. Noise from the rock city venue nearby can be heard from your room but that’s expected and doesn’t bother me. You get your own kitchen area with a toaster, microwave and oven. Shower was okay but the water kept going cold and hot. Overall bathroom was alright, bed was comfy and it’s got a big fridge to store drinks or food in. They don’t serve a proper breakfast here but you can get free croissants every morning from next to reception. They also have a shop at reception where you can purchase various food items, frozen meals, drinks etc. The TV was great it’s equipped with Netflix, bbc iplayer, Amazon prime and more with people still leaving their accounts logged in which I wasn’t complaining about. One of the best TVs I’ve ever seen a hotel have feature wise. Would definitely recommend a stay here it’s not as bad as some people were making out. All staff friendly and polite.

We only stayed 1 night and checked out early but it was great having a kitchenette. Place was clean and tidy. Would stay again.

Greeted with lovely staff members at check in and out, especially as it being our first time. Staff weren’t hesitant at all to provide a good customer service. This studio was clean and spacious - perfect for our girls trip!! Highly recommend
