Hi, We arrived at your holiday park 17th October for a weekend away for 3 nights. When arriving at the caravan we notice that the caravan smelt off wee and cigarettes. After a further investigation we notice that the was a urine stain on the sofa, the sofa was also covered on crumbs and dirty. We then discovered that there was hair in the bed, sink and shower. Picture below. We made the fastest decision that we aren’t staying in this caravan due to the poor hygiene and smell. Baring in mind this is our son’s first holiday and this was an upgraded from the original booking. My partner sortly after went back to the receptionist to complain. They explain that they are full booked and that they will offer for the caravan to be cleaned, but we have waited for the caravan to be cleaned as we was a little early. But this isn’t the case, if the cleaners had cleaned it just before we arrived how on earth are they going to clean it now. By explaining this to the girls at reception they became very rude which I get but for customer service you would have thought they would be better experienced in situations like this. Then again we made the decision of that we will make the 2 and half hour journey back home. I have been talking to a lady called Charlotte that has passed over your email and number to contact you as there is nothing she can do her end. Out of this I am hoping for a full refund These are the pictures we have taken but in all honesty they don’t do the state of the cara

Staff were amazing food was very good entertainment was spot on Chanlet was perfect

It wasn't what we expected, as originally we booked a one room with shower. And we had a 2 room bath as shower and dogs around us , we thought there was a separate area for dogs. But apart from that the food cafe was excellent and the shop had all what was needed. Arrival was excellent.

Weather was amazing, lots of things to do, not to far from the beach or amusement for the children. We will be back soon.

Good value

Sandy Glade is a fantastic site. We stayed in a chalet which was very nice and located really close to the clubhouse. We had a gold chalet which was great,only complaint was that the bathroom was very small.Any larger person would struggle to squeeze into the toilet space and the main sink was a tiny hand sink.We did have an issue with the toilet leaking, but this was sorted very promptly by the very friendly and efficient staff. Entertainment was great in the clubhouse and we spent every night at the facilities. They even had ev charging on site which was handy for us. Only issue with that, was non electric cars were parked in the ev designated spaces and even though i mentioned this to reception, this was an ongoing issue that didnt get resolved.Will definitely be back.Overall a great site. Well done all.

Lovely swimmers pool shop and cafe loved the club house with different bingos

The entertainment was brilliant, enjoyed every bit of it. The staff were really friendly. Wasn’t to far of a walk into the main area and was next to the beach. Will definitely be visiting again at some point

The park was lovely but the calat was very dated and dropping to bits

The chalet was really clean and spacious for me and my partner. It was clean and quiet at night and day, yes there are dogs but that adds up to the holiday we thought. The staff and cleaners were friendly and happy and it was so calm and felt it was a good holiday park, we can’t wait to go back there. Tips for activities: If you’re a walker you can do cheddar give and caves which I thought was brilliant and bean down on a sunny day the views are just amazing.

The resort was very good but the chalet that I was booked into was disappointing. The bedroom had no space to stand. The most disappointing thing was lack of hot water in chalets. They had a note saying that hot water was limited due to the size of boilers in chalet and it took 20 mins to heat up. This was very uncomfortable especially for showers. The staff in the resort was great. Entertainment was great. Swimming pool and sauna was amazing. Location was great too. Had it not been the room size and the hot water issue this was all stars for.us

Chalet was very run Down

Despite booking silver property we were down graded to value due to the park being fully booked - this was not obvious at booking we were contacted after book. The value chalet we stayed in had a major water problem in the bathroom with leaks and moisture and moisture problem throughout the chalet was old run down and not particularly clean.
