Sea Space is superb. Such a good place for a family, loads of stuff for the kids, nice bar, restaurant etc for adults. Love it. One gripe is the price, no drop in price for bank holiday Monday night, hotel was empty. Also for the price you pay, no concession for breakfast as a guest and the cafe on site is not cheap at all.

Great from start to finish, perfect for couples and families. So clean, staff so friendly and helpful. Great place to stay.

4 night break with family in half term. Hotel was new when we stayed so everything was fresh and in spoiled by others. Room was great, nice bathroom and lounge area. Kitchen well stocked to do basic cooking in terms of utensils etc. food at the restaurant was a bit lacking in choice, however was very tasty. No complaints here.

New so all very clean and bright - amazing views from almost every room. They've got thIs just right I think.

We booked Seaspace for a cosy winter getaway with our baby, drawn by its promise of home comforts and luxury alongside stunning sea views. The listing on Expedia made it seem perfect for our first family trip—a relaxing escape where we could do something special, like staying in to cook while watching the sunset over the sea, a change from our usual nights at home in the winter. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find our room overlooked a car park and garden instead of the advertised sea views. The room felt dark and closed off, nothing like the bright, open-plan spaces shown. What made it worse was that we paid the same price as the sea-view studios, yet there were no clear descriptions or photos in the listing to indicate we’d receive a different room type. Staff admitted the listing needed updates but, as the hotel was fully booked, couldn’t offer a room change, discount, or compensation. While their honesty was appreciated, it didn’t ease our disappointment, especially since the room was the main reason we booked this getaway. That said, the hotel is a beautiful, chilled environment for families. The Scandinavian/art deco design, baby-friendly touches like baby spoons, and welcoming atmosphere make it ideal for a relaxing escape. The pool area is stunning, and the family-oriented vibe is lovely. If we’d had the room we expected, this would’ve been a 5/5 stay. However, the misleading booking process and unfair pricing left us disappointed.

Looks lovely but when you go into reception/bar/restaurant/cafe it is incredibly noisy and poorly lit. The floor design is terrible. Couldn’t find a lift and no one ever around to ask. Two floors up is fine but not when you’re getting all your luggage in. Apartments are beautiful when you first open the door but they are stuffy. Can’t cook anything as windows don’t open at all! Hated every second of our stay and wanted to leave immediately.

Cool new aparthotel, design was great. Lovely colours, kitchenette was immaculate and handy. Loved the location just up for a beach. Used the pool twice as the first time i tried it was heaving so didnt bother, then i tried another time and it just wasnt enjoyable as a family were throwing a ball and jumping and diving literally over the top of people and shouting. It was a horrible experience and anyone else left. Staff didnt do anythint. Second time was lovely though. The got food order wrong in the bar and didnt correct it or take it off the bill, mistakes are made but it wasnt handled correctly. There was a power cut all day which wasnt their fault but we got no communication about it at all so didnt know if whether there would be lights working or heating working on our return from being out. We didnt know if wed need to move hotels. Lack of comms is the most frustrating thing. Room was also freezing on the first night no matter what we did with the heating but the other nights were fine. I would sugest the hotel get some actual radiators so people can dry wet clothes as we just had wet sandly clothes on the floor.
