Absolutely wonderful, went above and beyond to help with a last minute change. Room was immaculate, everything you need and the location could not be better, 2 minutes to everything we wanted!

I had a lovely stay at Senlac Hotel in Hastings. While the building and décor are slightly dated and I had a room with shared bathroom and toilet facilities, everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. The shared amenities were always tidy, and I never had to wait to use them.
The room itself was cozy, comfortable, and had all the essentials. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions. The location is also excellent – just a short walk from the train station and close to the seafront and shops.
Overall, it’s great value for money, especially if you’re looking for a clean and convenient base to explore Hastings. I’d – Clean, Comfortable, and Great Value!

Vi hade bokat ett rum för en natts boende.
Trevligt mottagande och inget att klaga på då det gäller boendet. Det var vad jag hade förväntat mig. Inget mer, inget mindre.
Boendet ligger på gångavstånd till ett antal restauranger och barer. Stranden är cirka 5 minuter bort.

Had to hand over my credit card for a security deposit that wasn’t mentioned, woman took the details down and 3 days later my card has been fraudulently used in Australia. Seems far too much of a coincidence

Had a wonderful weekend. The guesthouse is clean and homely, lovely host, and situated in a serene area.
Although taking card details for possible mishaps on check in isn't the best way to handle it as not many people would be willing to drop off their personal details.

Lovely clean hotel. The hostess was really helpful and nice. Only bad thing was parking, you have to pay before 6pm and after 9am and theres not many spaces.

Pros:
* The Manager was very friendly and made sure she was present for check-in and any follow-up questions.
* Handy location close to town.
* Free on-street parking between 6pm - 9am.
* Complimentary tea/coffee and milk that was topped up every day.
* TV and Wifi.
* Room was tidied during the morning.
* Fan available.
Cons:
* Walls were thin so I could hear my neighbour's TV late into the night.
* The shared bathroom had a damaged light/fan switch which was very difficult to turn on.
* The details on the website about on-street parking needed to be updated.
* No bar fridge.
* The wifi password wasn't written down anywhere.
* I had to log into my own Netflix and Prime accounts on the TV rather than it being provided by the hotel.
