チェックイン後に荷物を預けて出かけていたところ、スーツケースを盗まれてしまいました。 監視カメラを確認したところ、スーツケースの持ち出し化はスタッフがチェックしていませんでした。 ホテル側は何の保証もせず、泣き寝入りです。 宿泊される方はセキュリティはないものと思って宿泊してください。

近くにあるAlexandra Hotelと同グループ。 朝ごはんのメニューや客室もほぼ同じような感じでした。 Paddington駅からもすぐ近く治安も良いので安心して過ごせます。 高層階は階段のため荷物が重いので1階を希望、外にでて別ドアから入る客室へ案内されました。シャワーやトイレは新しく改装されており快適でした。 シャンプーがなかったためフロントに伝えると大きなボトルごと貸してくれました。 価格もリーズナブルなのでまたリピートしてもよいと思いました。

When this hotel is available to book I won’t stay anywhere else,although something to bare in mind at check-in you could be placed in another hotel that is the same company and breakfast is in the other hotel this has never been an issue as it is literally not even a 20 seconds walk. Our stay this time was good but I’m not putting excellent due to a few issues. Room was not cleaned in 3 days of being there just towels delivered daily. Tv didn’t work the first night and was a hard job the second night to get batteries. Third night omg 5am next door screaming and shouting to get in didn’t sleep past that. Beds were great and comfortable but could do with two pillows not one tv was as good when we got it working. Breakfast is basic but it’s okay I am sorry I don’t rate the orange juice at all But overall was a great stay again Staff are very good

Very convenient hotel near Paddington station and Hyde Park. I found the room lovely, clean and comfy. There was quiet a lot of noise carried in to the room which was a shame

Hotel was fine but having to check in at one hotel but finding out the room is actually in a different building is not ideal. More so when my key card would not let me in through the front door after returning from the theatre late at night and having to go back to check-in to have it reprogrammed. The amenities in the single room were perfectly ok so no complaints on the room itself.

Great location, safe environment, a warm place to shower, spend the night and grab a cup of coffee netx day. However, not very comfy, tiny rooms

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay but there were a few small issues. Only 2 pillows on our double bed. Had to ask for 2 more. No info in the room about breakfast time, wifi password or how to contact reception. (A notice on the rear of the door would be an idea.) Only bath towels supplied a hand towel & bath mat would have been good. When the room was serviced the bed was tided but not remade and the dirty teacups were not cleaned or replaced.

Was a couple minutes from paddington station plenty of pubs and shops

Breakfast in a different building, slighly strange from what im used to, but wasnt impactful on the stay. Nice room, although doors were quite noisy.

Frukosten var okej, hade önskat kanske ägg till frukosten och lite grönsaker. Rummen var helt okej, inga konstigheter. Dock hade vi problem med korten att ta oss in ibland, ibland funkade dem och ibland inte.

Stayed here for 2 nights myself an 11yr son for a trip to London. Staff that greeted us, was lovely, friendly an polite. The price was perfect for what we wanted, a base. Thats where the good bits finished unfortunately. Our room was up 3 flights of curly stairs in a seperate building. Pre warning wouldve been nice, as i have very poor mobility. The room, very basic, dated, smelly, dirty and hot. 2 single beds (which was fine) 1 sheet and a bedspread (how old are them bedspreads) Bathroom was the cleanest bit in the room. Hot drinks, kettle provided. Tv on a arm bracket that was VERY wobbly. That had to be positioned in front of the door so you could actually see it. Included breakfast, debatable if you can class it as a breakfast, cold toast, stale juice, cereal in dispensers that looked as old as my son, all in the basement, back in the building with reception. Would i recommend, definitely not. Would i stay again, absolutely not.

excellent price for the location ,breakfast good if a little crowed. room was as described and great for a short stay. Shower room was small but clean and all you needed. overall would recommend

Good no frills hotel if you are looking for a budget stay for a couple of nights in Centre of London. 5-7 min walk from Paddington 👍👍👍👍👍
