チェックイン後に荷物を預けて出かけていたところ、スーツケースを盗まれてしまいました。 監視カメラを確認したところ、スーツケースの持ち出し化はスタッフがチェックしていませんでした。 ホテル側は何の保証もせず、泣き寝入りです。 宿泊される方はセキュリティはないものと思って宿泊してください。

近くにあるAlexandra Hotelと同グループ。 朝ごはんのメニューや客室もほぼ同じような感じでした。 Paddington駅からもすぐ近く治安も良いので安心して過ごせます。 高層階は階段のため荷物が重いので1階を希望、外にでて別ドアから入る客室へ案内されました。シャワーやトイレは新しく改装されており快適でした。 シャンプーがなかったためフロントに伝えると大きなボトルごと貸してくれました。 価格もリーズナブルなのでまたリピートしてもよいと思いました。

L’hotel ne possede que 5 places de voiture. L’offre ne le mentionne pas. Le petit dejeuner etait mediocre.

The room was very well maintained. I cannot find any fault. The shower was a bit inconsistent as hot and cold kept switchig every few seconds. So had a bit of a hard time.

Great value including breakfast. Clean room. All amenties you need especially for the price in very good central location. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and stay again.

Excellent option - close to key transport links fornl central London. Decent room, small but well finished and cleaned. Only drawback, if you are on the top floor, is the lack of a lift, and the fact the stairs are narrow and tight in places - ask for a lower floor!

Room was reasonably ok.

Central but quiet location. Dated, but clean room, bigger than a shoebox, decent shower and good beds. It is amazing that at this price level, they still felt committed to feeding people in the morning! Breakfast is basic - cereal, toast, cheese, ham and youghurt, tea or coffe, but at this price, in central London, it' rare. Perfectly functional and would stay there again. it is great.

One of the greater of the cheaper London hotels. Check in was easy, as was the check out. Breakfast was quite good, given that it was included in the price. I can recommend Seymour Hotel, and I will gladly book it again.

Staff were great and really flexible around my extended travelling needs. Slight preference for the room in the main building but all met my needs.

The check in was in Seymour hotel but the room was in a different building which I believe is their subsidiary. The actual room was in the basement with no view. Inside the room, there was a glass door which opened in the central sewage area but more importantly it had no curtains and the adjacent room's window had a direct unhindered view to the toilet which was uncomfortable. The toilet was extremely small with the shower cubicle attached to it. Thankfully, the good part is that it was clean. The breakfast has only toast, fruit and cereals as options and having eggs, or beans would have been nice. I was relying on the breakfast as I had a long day ahead but did not eat anything. Lastly the parking was too cramped with metal bolsters being installed and the car was struggling to fit in. The metal bolsters are absolutely unnecessary and instead marked bays for the same amount of space will be more comfortable to manoeuvre the car. Overall not a pleasant stay but manageable for me as it was only 1 night.

The area its great. Central and everything you need is there. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is not worth it. And sadly the room was far away from clean.
