I initially booked a King bed or twin bedroom as per what was pn Expedia website for 2 nights. However, I was given a double room. I had no option but to pay extra for a 2 double bed room.

clean room, a lot of shops around, functional air conditioning. Would recommend!

The walls are paper thin so other guests snoring or moving around kept waking us up. The ac when not on full on cooling mode made a smell like dirt and sweat. Most importantly the bed was rather uncomfortable and small. Usually as long as you can sleep well it's all right. We could not, unfortunately. We were given only one towel for two people, when asked we got another, but the day after both were taken and only one replaces...

I didn’t stay it was stinky and filthy in the room!! I expressed my dissatisfaction with the condition of the room and was told they wouldn’t give the money back even tho we didn’t stay immediately after seeing the terrible condition of the room. The lobby is immaculate but the carpets in the rooms needs to be removed it has trapped the scent giving off a mold like smell.

Easy to commute. The place was pretty functional. Room could’ve been a tad cleaner. Walls were a bit thin, so the noise from other rooms was a bother sometimes. Overall good.

Excellent location from Ilford station. Staff were friendly & efficient. Clean towels & bedding daily for our 3 night stay. Loved having an air con unit in the room. Toilet seat slightly loose & shower screen didn't close fully due to loose rail but wasn't end of the world & overall would stay again. Ideal for a concert stay over.

Very convenient location. Couple minute walk from the tube station, a Tesco next door and a cheap Wetherspoons right close by as well. It’s a decent enough hotel, not anything to write home about but I’d probably stay again just based on the location alone.

The hotel was clean and roomy for four ladies staying for one night. We just had a few issues, the tv fell off the wall and scared the lives out of us. It was only attached by a couple of screws and was not even on a tv bracket. Our kettle did not work in the morning either for our cups of tea. The staff did come and remove the tv from our room but it was not replaced and the kettle was quickly replaced. The hotel is in a great location, 2 minutes walk from the Elizabeth line and there is a coffee shop next to the hotel. For a group of 4 ladies going to watch a concert at the Olympic stadium we would probably think of staying again.

Good, clean hotel in a very central location & very near the station. Room was good & clean.

Staff were very helpful in checking in and out. Room served the job nicely - although the booking said there were no windows, it was a pleasant surprise to be placed in one which had a window anyway. Air conditioning was much appreciated during the time I stayed. Location is in convenient distance of several shops and public transport options.

Stayed for 2 nights whilst travelling for work. It's fine, the room was clean and decent size and is air-conditioned, but... There's a bit of a lack of attention to detail in the fixtures and fittings... The bed was very squeaky, there was a worrying "soft" square on the floor, the en-suite door opens inwards in to the bathroom making it difficult to close and open the door when your actually in the small bathroom, there was a gap between the blinds and no curtains, so I got woken each morning by the sun streaming in at around 4:50am... I should say I didn't raise any of this with the hotel whilst I was there - so perhaps it was just this room...

Great Location, Wonderful layout and good level of customer service. However, I found stains galore in the room and on the towels. The shower fittings were hanging off the wall, when notified the staff member said he would check it out but when I returned it was pretty much the same. Barely any sleep due to neighbouring rooms being loud until early hours and doors slamming shut. The key card for the room only ever worked on the 3rd time of trying. Great Air Conditioning unit however 👍

Für den Preis haben wir jetzt nichts weltbewegendes erwartet, aber hier einige unserer Kritikpunkte: Es gibt leider nur einen kleinen Mülleimer im Bad, sonst keinen im Zimmer. Leichte Herausforderung, seinen Müll vernünftig zu entsorgen. Im Bad leider keinerlei Abstellmöglichkeiten oder Haken, um etwas abzustellen. Auch hier wieder gutes Organisationstalent gefragt, um nciht im Chaos unterzugehen. Die Betten auf den Bilder sind deutlich größer als in echt. Auf dem Doppelbett ist nur eine Decke vorhanden. Unsere (mehrmalige) Anfrage nach einer 2. Decke wurde leider abgelehnt. Es steht, dass jeden Tag gereinigt wird. Offenbar sehr dehnbarer Begriff… Eine neue Rolle Klopapier haben wir bekommen. Immerhin.

Cozy and easy access to trains, bus, shopping and great restaurants/food!

Very clean and brightly lit,concierge was very helpful a friendly.Amazing location in terms of food,shops and transport.Very good value for money.
