The service was terrible, room was smelly and in poor condition - I checked out the night before I was due to leave as the didn’t have any ac/cooling facilities in the room - avoid this hotel - will be requesting refund

The hotel offers convenient access to transportation and is situated near numerous restaurants, although the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, while the staff provided commendable service.

The stay for the price was very good. My only issues were the remote barely worked for the tv and air con wasn’t working (my room did have 2 room fans). A solid 8/10

Both check in and night staff were lovely. Very helpful. However I realise this was a budget hotel so not expecting lots of extras - but there was no bin in the bedroom or even the bathroom and no toilet tissue at all. Where was one meant to put your rubbish. One staff said the housekeeping must have forget the night staff said the rooms don’t have them. Why would you not provide a basic bin? The bed was comfortable - but it had this weird thick plastic layer on and only a sheet to cover it. Consequently it crunched like a sweet wrapper all night! That’s a terrible decision to put those on a bed. It also made me sweat profusely. Take those off please and replace with mattress protectors as even basic premier inns use. On a positive it was so clean and modern it’s just basic and it’s worth the price to be be fair but check toilet tissue, bin, and take the plastic off the beds! Oh and the air con was a welcome treat. Only other thing is guests can’t help but be overheard as the walls are paper thin..I literally heard someone brushing their teeth…would I come back? Who knows but I wish them all the best as staff are lovely.

The hotel room is dirty with stains on the walls, no bathroom floor towel for safety, no phone or intercom in the room. The noise from other room was so loud that I couldn’t sleep. My room walls was disgusting with different kind of stains that I was forced to go talk to the front desk or receptionist I requested for an iron and I was brought a dear black iron that messed up my cloths. It’s basically not for me. The receptionist that welcome me in was very professional and pleasant.

Good value for money for the quality.

Stayed a couple of nights, 2 of us. Decent enough stay. Would of had a nightmare check-in if it weren’t for Fahim upon entering.

Average stay in a bait location

Staff was so rude. Gave us dirty room ask them to change but they was so rude and ask me to talk with expdia. I asked the name of the person on reception but he refused to tell me his name

Lovely quiet secluded environment inside the hotel. Bustling outside. Lots of shops and places to eat around.

This is the worst place you can ever visit in London. The room was very dirty and unclean, that we have to leave. Asked for a refund which until now we have not received. For your sanity, NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE. Unless you like dirt!

Booked for 2 nights to go to a gig, guy on reception was very helpful, let us leave our luggage, room was clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced. Good location for transport in and out of main London.

I didn’t like it

Very noisy and mattress very very cheap dident go sleep till 8 in the morning
