It was more or less as expected, a family-run place, B&B than hotel or “motel, with guests being allowed to bring and store their own food aside from the breakfast provided by the facility. The staff members were beyond helpful; I felt welcomed and cared for literally from the moment I arrived, dragging myself from Heathrow after a bumpy nonstop flight, until the moment I left. They made recommendations for places to go and visit based on my interests and my stories about where I’d already gone; suggestions for local places to eat, drink and socialize; and best of all were very knowledgeable about the local public transportation systems and the best ways to get about. The accommodations were pretty much all I needed and expected; comfortable when I wanted to be by myself, and no unnecessary frills or extra details which often (in my experience, anyway) serve little purpose or have any actual value except to pad the bill. I would make only one small suggestion: The owners might want to look into installing ceiling fans in the common areas in the back, if possible, which were glass-enclosed and got considerably less comfortable in the heat of the day; I had them in my home for similar purposes in a similar setting, and they did wonders! In closing, I cannot but give my highest personal recommendations for this venue — AAA+++!!! I’ll never forget my experience, and the wonderful contribution they made to a trip of a lifetime!

Very easy check in, friendly staff gave me all the information I needed then showed me to my room. Room and bathroom were spotless, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good value for money, they didn’t mind my daughter having one even though she hadn’t paid, in fact they insisted she have one. Garden area was ideal in the hot weather to sit out early evening and for breakfast. Parking was free, always a bonus. Very friendly staff always willing to help. Short walk to nearest pub and shops. Overall a great value for money B&B. We would use again.

ﾁｪｯｸｱｳﾄの時間は、10時半でした。
訪問時に確認が必要ですね。最寄りの地下鉄駅から歩いて10分も掛からず、
大通りに面しているので、迷う事はありません。
部屋は狭いかもしれませんが、ｼｬﾜｰ付きですから、文句は言えませんね。
朝食は、卵料理はありませんでしたが、ハムとチーズが用意されていたのは、良かったですね。

On the negative side, the room was too small and very basic, the bed and the pillows were of low standards. The noise was also high and I could hear people talking outside the room.
On the positive side, staff was is friendly and helpful. The shared dining area where tea/coffee is available all the time free of charge is wonderful. The garden is also very nice and relaxing. Heathrow Airport is only 2 stops away and there is also a lot of restaurants and shops in the area. Overall, this is a good place with value for money. If only the rooms were better equipped I would give then 10/10.

The bedroom was ideally situated on the ground floor and a pleasant room, However there was disturbance throughout the night from the front door buzzer and noise from the reception,which unfortunately didn't aide a restful night's sleep

Room was very clean, plenty of new towels and clean sheets. Personnel super friendly and helpful, always available if you needed anything.
The room for 3 was very small, and no air con.
Because of the out of the ordinary very high temperature of these days, not having air con and having the possibility to open the window only partially (giving no air whatsoever), it was truly unpleasant to sleep in. I eventually ended up sleeping in my car because it was literally not possible to sleep in that room without fainting.
I know it’s not the hotel’s fault, but clearly it affected the overall experience.

Had a great overnight stay here, friendly welcome, unexpected nice garden with room just off. Very quiet tucked away. 5 minutes from train to Heathrow abd 20 minutes walk to Hounslow centre. Would def stay again

You have a huge selection of food shops just near hotel. Also the underground station & bus stops. They have free parking on the premises. Very convenient location. Breakfast is very basic.

The place was overpriced for the property, we expected something better due to reviews but very disappointed and dissatisfied from just arriving. The car park was very limited and hard to park as on a busy road and poor positioning. The room was below average with a cramped shower room, the beds were not very comfortable, and the breakfast was very poor with just packaged food available from shops such as crepes, croissant etc. there were not much vegetarian options for English breakfast apart from bread and beans (no hash browns, no vegetarian sussages, no tomatoes and no mushrooms), will definitely not stay in this property ever again.

Good location for Heathrow and South London theme parks. Piccadilly line only a few minutes walk away.
Basic hotel but very comfortable, particularly the mattress. The family room was perfect for our family of 5, descent Continental breakfast and the staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful.
