We booked this apartment for a 4 day stay on the Isle of Wight. It is spacious and the kitchen facilities were very good. The photos are accurate so we knew we wouldn't have a view of the sea. We had noted the warning about displaying the parking permit and did see someone actually checking the cars. Everything was as described. We also noticed that the floors are a bit bouncy so could here it when someone upstairs was walking around. Suspect the apartment below could also hear us too. It didn't cause us any problems as we were forewarned. The location isn't all that close to shops etc.. so be prepared to drive for food etc.. Having said that, we did manage to walk along the coast to the botanic garden and would recommend this if you are happy to hike a couple of miles.

Steve was a wonderful host with lovely little touches such as a welcome box. He was contactable at all times, flexible and helpful. The actual property was very modern and very comfortable. I would definitely return in the future.
