Great value Marston's character pub/inn with dining in a quiet convenient location with car park. We were visiting the Haynes museum as it's very close by. The food was nice, we got 40% off from the website. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised with my room after reading the reviews. I had one of the outside family rooms and it was big and comfortable. It served my purpose for what I needed perfectly. If you're fussy there are a few imperfections but it is good value for the price.

イギリスの宿はこんな感じだろうな、という想像通りの宿でした。良くも悪くも適当です。メインはパブで、宿がおまけで付いているという感じです。アメニティはシャンプー石鹸含め一切ありません。部屋についても、ついたら掃除するからちょっとまってね、と掃除しはじめたくらいです。ただマスターも物凄くいい人でしたし部屋をなぜか？料金変わらず二つにしてくれたりしました。ちなみに、wi-fi有料、イングリッシュブレックファースト無料となっておりますが、wi-fi無料のイングリッシュブレックファーストが有料でした。ま、朝なぜか時間になってもマスターが現れず、朝飯は食べれず鍵と手紙を残して帰りましたが…(⌒-⌒; )

I arrived after 5.00pm after a long drive from London. I was given the key by the lady who was friendly to room 11 which was an annex building room. I asked for a WIFI code she gave me the details. On entry into the room it was very cold so I had to turn up the heating. Still didn't make any difference. The WIFI didn't function. I went back to speak to her about this issue. She apologised. I asked her about food she mentined they had closed the bar etc and if I wanted food would need to drive to Wincanton - 7.7 miles away to get a variety of food. Due to this I decided I was not going to stay put. I had to drive to Glastonbury and paid for a premier inn for the night instead. I vehemently request a refund please as not happy about that either.

It was okay accept having no hot water and the shower was broken the bathroom was dirty and full of mould and cobb webbs not good when you have a 7 month old baby will not be staying again

Nice place to stay - very convenient for events at Sparkford Hall as its walkable in 10 minutes - comfy family room which was spacious and had the essentials with a nice clean bathroom. Would stay again in the future as it was in quite a nice location.

Comfy bed, clean room. Travel kettle barely fit in tiny bathroom sink to fill. Shower was scalding hot had to run on cold to avoid injury. Good location for local attractions

The whole place was tied and dirty. Even the bath water ran brown dirty water. Terrible place, stay away at all cost. Find somewhere else. You have been warned.
