A good hotel but the childs bed was very uncomfortable yo the fact that our son could not sleep in it The main bed was ok but a little hard

Perfect for our long trip, close to M6 junction. We arrived later but had a great nights sleep and welcomed to a great breakfast by the morning staff. Breakfast was hot and freshly made.

Stayed here before and it's very convenient for us

Everything nice and clean , room cleaned and fresh towels each day coffee tea milk and kettle provided

Good clean hotel with friendly staff. Good food in the restaurant and reasonably priced.

Have used this hotel numerous times for family visits. Always great service and clean rooms.

Amazing hotel Nice pub

The location is excellent to access Four Ashes. Pub with adjacent Hotel is convenient .However,my Room (111)was dirty and the Table had liquid stain marks.I complained at Reception. When I returned to the Room at end of day, nothing had changed. Very poor cleaners.

Good overnight accommodation

Able to book in and check out on line. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Rooms in separate building to the pub and accessible all the time. Discounted breakfast only if you book direct with hotel, not available through booking site. Must remember to put sign on the door if you want your room cleaned and fresh towels etc. If you stay more than 1 night. Short drive to M6 toll road.

Didn’t know it was max 2 adults a room :( beds were very firm which I found a bit uncomfortable but nice pillows, duvet etc

Please two chairs would be brilliant.

Nice pub hotel

This was a good spot to explore the area from. Only a short drive to a few spots nearby and the onsite restaurant was good. Nice carvery. The staff were excellent. Our only issues were a toilet that didn't flush properly and a shower that had a wonky temperature regulator. They called the plumber for us but we were only there for one night so it couldn't be fixed until the next day. Good value for the money.
