写真の部屋よりかなり劣ります。バスルームはバスタブ付きで広かったことは良かった。部屋も広かったことは良かった。不便だったことはベットメイキングは朝に頼まないと来ないこと、ドライヤーがない、コンセントがデスクにしかないことです。しかし、チャタム駅から近くショッピングエリアも近いのでまた滞在するときは選ぶかもしれません。

部屋は、やや小さめです。部屋からの眺めが良かったです。 冷蔵庫が無かったのが残念でした。あれば良かったです。 近くの公園やお店が近くて、楽しめました。

Clean room, staff were great

The receptionist was really helpful and pleasant. The room was clean, it will be much better when all the rooms have been updated. Although it was ok for money I would not return because there is a very steep and narrow set of stair to climb from the car park at the back.

The hotel was very dated, had a really bad smell through out, the room was very grubby, with dripping taps in the bathroom, moukd around the shower & sink. Ive never been to an hotel in such poor condition Myself & my husband decided not to stay there & moved onto a travel lodge in the area.

Staff didn’t mention the free breakfast upon checking in so we didn’t even know this was part of our stay. Communal areas were filthy, stairs looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. Shower was rubbish, even boiling hot or freezing cold. Location was convenient just not that nice. Hotel looked like it was stuck in the 90’s. Bedding was clean, mattress felt like sleeping on a bed of just springs

Heating didnt work staff were doing their best the hotel was badly maintained and we ended freezing at night and one of us ended up with a bad chest infection

Good that I could choose what I want for breakfast. Room was comfortable. Staff were helpful. Room was clean.

Upon arrival, the male receptionist was quite nice. Everything else was pretty bad. The room wasn’t clean (there were some clothing labels that the previous customer had left on the floor…) The room was very cold (there’s no way you can turn the heater on), so I decided to have a hot bath to warm up - after these, I had a member of staff coming to the room to say that there was some water leaking from my bathroom to the room below… In the description says that they offer toiletries - this is literally one mini shampoo (at least some shower gel would have been good) Additionally, the breakfast itself wasn’t really good either. There was a lady who seemed to be a manager at the bar and I kindly asked her a question about the milk. She stared at me for a few seconds and said “your waitress is there” (quite rudely) (on the other side I have got to say that the waitress herself was very polite) I definitely would not come back

Very noisy at night people shouting and banging late at night. Tv was not working eventually a hour later someone came had a look left us with 13 channels none of which were watchable....? heating timed was of at 22.00hrs one person on reception who was not there half the time the telephone number left to ring never worked.... breakfast was standard but girl in there very helpful

No heating working in extremely cold conditions. Reported the issue on 4 separate occasions just to be told it’s on a timer and told an electric heater should be in cupboard. Toilet leaking from pan connector and had to be repaired. Bins only emptied in room when requested. Walls are paper thin, police and dogs at property 3am in morning, fire alarms going off at midnight. Appreciate that some issues are out of the hotels control, but basic requests for heating should be met as a minimum.

Clean room, spotless bathroom, friendly staff, large TV, very comfortable bed.

Not only was I fortunate to feel the prints in the hard mattress, I was able to also find someone else's fake lashes on the bathroom floor. The service over breakfast was shocking and every table was dirty even though no one was at the table.
