Fabulous stay at stay @FL, wish we’d had more time at the actual venue as the surroundings are fantastic!! Very peaceful and Paul was great! We had a lovely breakfast of poached egg (resident chickens) and salmon/ham! Would defo recommend, also take walking shoes (trainers) and go for a walk!!

Very quiet and secluded BNB to relax and unwind. The hosts Rich and Paul were very accommodating and made sure all of our needs were met.

This beautiful suburban lodging close to Gatwick Airport is a labor of love for owner-developers Rich and Paul. The quiet and tranquil self-sufficient striving property is like a private country club. The complex has been updated with tastefully appointed rooms, with modern amenities, traditional decor and a wonderful walk-in rain shower. The hosts are kind and attentive, serving a delicious breakfast.

Booked this for a quiet Anniversary getaway and it could not have been more ideal. Our hosts went out of their way to make everything perfect and the property and surroundings were so tranquil and rejuvenating.

Our hosts were so friendly, and we felt so very welcomed! Serene and very private, this quaint bed and breakfast was perfect after a day of travels in London—just perfect!

Very comfortable hotel, nice and clean and well priced

Not the normal place we stay at, we prefer Hilton or something similar, but we were most definitely pleased with our choice of accommodation. The SatNav got us close and Rich who I'm going to assume is onebof the owners, called us just as we arrived on the lane and guided us in. The room was modern, clean and spacious. There was plenty of storage and the shower was great. My wife and I had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was spot on. Gatwick airport is only a 15 minute drive away. We normally avoid independent accommodation, but after a stay here, if we fly from Gatwick again, we'll definitely be back. We'd love to have had a walk around the forest as there are some nice walks, but being winter, it was dark when we arrived. Thank you for a really nice stay and making us feel welcome and I hope you both have a wonderful Christmas.

Beautiful property and great place to unwind. Owners were very accommodating to us and even checked on us when we were in London to make sure we were okay. Very clean, cozy property Excellent breakfast Highly recommend

What a gem. The hosts, the dogs, the cats and the chickens all made us feel so welcome. As for those chickens, they lay the most beautiful eggs for the morning breakfast. We had a great stay, so very relaxing, having a soak in the jetted hot tub, to the comfiest of beds. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice relaxing night away, and as like us it is ideal for a pre-flight stop over.

Stay@FL is a little oasis tucked away off a quiet country lane. Once through the electric gates and into the peaceful, well-kept garden, you instantly feel relaxed and calm. The rooms are lovely and equipped with everything you may need for your visit, and the bed is massive. The hosts are quietly in the background but totally accessible anytime for anything you may need. They are very informative and full of lovely recommendations for eating and local places to visit...nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this property if you're visiting the area. Definitely 5 stars!

Rich was there to meet us as soon as we arrived, with a smile and handshake. The property is tucked away surrounded by woodland and is beautiful. The suite we stayed in was beautifully decorated and everything you could want is provided, from more pillows to a lovely coffee machine! Breakfast the next day is completely your choice and Rich went out of his way to get items that he didn't ordinarily have in stock.

Property was excellent .. will surely go back to stay there..

A wonderful warm welcome, super helpful hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Breakfast was very good.

This is by far the best place I have ever stayed on holiday. Clean, new and quiet to relax. Property owners are the nicest people we have ever met. When I come back to England this is where I will stay every time!!!!!!

We booked this stay for the day of our wedding. Things were running a bit late on the day so we arrived to check in late around 10.30pm. We hadn't eaten much during the day and the staff here went above and beyond, making some dinner for us even thought the restaurant was closed! The room itself was immaculate and the bathroom with the hot tub was great. The breakfast was delicious, with freshly laid eggs from hens that morning on the farm. Would highly recommend this place!

Rich and Paul took excellent care of us and our needs. Accommodations were awesome. Bed very comfortable and wonderful rain water shower. Cooked to order breakfast was a wonderful treat! Mabel Moo and her puppies were an awesome surprise to our stay!

It was amazing. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the place was very sweet and cozy.
