During my recent stay at the hotel, I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was cozy, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, especially two individuals who made my stay even more enjoyable.
The reception staff was incredibly attentive—one of them, a healthy, energetic guy, was always cheerful and eager to assist with any requests. He made sure everything was smooth from the start, giving a welcoming vibe that made me feel right at home.
Another standout was a staff member with glasses, who was equally kind and helpful. He went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed and even recommended some fantastic local spots to visit. His attention to detail and willingness to assist really stood out, reflecting the great hospitality of the hotel.
Overall, I left feeling impressed by the exceptional service and warm atmosphere. The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff made my stay truly memorable, and I look forward to returning and both the guys was so good if am not wrong there name was abhimanyu and nikhil

Unusually i didnt check this place out but was within the area i wanted to stay and priced sensibly, now i know why! From the outside it looks like an old style chinese restaruant and after checking in, i dicovered the rooms were accessed through patio doors in the restuarant area a bit like an added on annexe. The room was warm after putting on the heater, the window overlooks the car park so no privacy unless you shut the curtains, no toilet paper in the bathroom had to go back, nothing to stand on when coming out of the shower, cold slippy tiled floor, new bathroom door which doesnt close properly and at least two inches short, so gap under the door! TV virtually at the top of the wall not far from touching the ceiling. Didnt have food or drinks, these areas never looked open. no wifi except in bar area, been once wouldnt go again. basic isnt the word. was given the credit card reciept that hotels dot com paid them with, so have part of someone elses credit card details, grey painted wooden bedroom furniture with wood colour coming through, bed was comfortable, room reasonable size but facilities basic.

The bathroom the doors on the shower cubicle had come off the runners. Hairs in the sink. Could do with updating as the furniture in the room is covered in scratches and the light switch pull cord looked like it was burnt at the end so no way off turning the light off in the room unless going to the main door but the no other lights in the room to help you get back.

It was quite basic but adequate. Needs upgrading. Dull brown decor not very inviting. dirty stained mirror in bathroom.shaver light didn't work. Kettle balanced on very edge of table only just reached socket - dangerous
Beds clean.electric radiator worked, hot water good. Only one bedside light for double bed.

Rubbish everywhere, incompetent staff, strong smell of damp and urine in the room, broken shower handle exposing screws.
heater rattled whenever it ran, bedding was clean but the mattress had completely collapsed.
10:30 pm fire alarm.. 3:30-4:30 kept awake by fellow guests.
There was a restaurant but no chef, no milk or spoon in the room, expensive.
car park out back smelt of raw sewage.
So bad I had booked three nights, walked out after one!
The place should be condemned.

Had people talking quite late outside my room in a foreign language and my room smell of smoke and musky. The bed lining and curtains smell fresh and bathroom. Could’ve been cleaned a lot better especially the toilet cheap and cheerful
